Die Zimmerausstattung ist hervorragend und die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Absolute Empfehlung, die Lage ist hervorragend, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur ein paar Gehminuten nach Downtown oder zum Saddledome.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder das Alt Hotel buchen.
Preis/Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt.
Danke das ich hier Gast sein durfte.

Overall a great stay that met our needs exactly.
Pros:

Location was great and staff were really friendly. The hi-tech rooms were really fun also.

Cons:

The wifi was not great, and it would be nice to have free parking.

Expensive but exceptional
Pros:

All hotel staff was very nice but big shout out for Hanna! She was a huge help and made my life (and my travel) so much easier. I was leaving Canada for good from Calgary, so I had two big suitcases+carry on etc. But since I have never been to Alberta, I wanted to travel there a week before leaving. With Hanna's help I was able to leave my suitcases there in the beginning of the trip, so I didn't have to carry them around. Very accommodating- I was able to leave my luggage there, had a later checkout, even was able to use a scale to weight my suitcases.

Rooms were very clean and modern and quiet which was what was needed after a long flight from the UK. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

The manager walked over after noticing us waiting.for the elevator for a longer than usual time (it was check in time, so just busy), just to make sure everything was working OK. Really good customer service, and I appreciate him not waiting for us to point out the problem.
