Poor experience
Pros:

Hotel were not aware of our booking. We're initially told the hotel is full on arrival, then got a room. Room was not clean nor was it cleaned during our stay. Hot water in the shower is not sufficient for one person alone. This was a major issue for the family as the tap water were really cold.
Staff is also not friendly at all.

Pros:

The hotel has an inconvenient back side entrance.
The beds, pillows and covers where cheap and so uncomfortable.
The TV was not working, and even though I complained to management, it was not fixed.
