Cleaning was not proper

The reception staff behaved very poorly. The room condition was unacceptable—the toilet was not flushing, there was fungus on the walls, and the bed was infested with bedbugs. Drinking water is not in the room, and both the fan and TV were not functioning properly. Additionally, the bed sheets were torn.

​If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Calling this an "accommodation" is an insult; it’s more of a health hazard.
​From the moment you arrive, the disaster begins. There is no proper parking space, so good luck with your vehicle. The ground floor is the only place you'll get any WiFi, because the signal completely disappears the moment you go upstairs. Walking to the room, you are greeted by thoroughly unkept corridors and, I wish I were joking, actual rats roaming around freely like they own the place.
​The room itself was a complete disaster zone. The walls are a complete mess—dirty, cracked, and literally broken in places. The furniture is falling apart, featuring broken drawers that look like they haven't been cleaned or repaired in a decade. Don't even get me started on the sleeping situation; the beds were filthy, matching the state of the overall dirty room.
​The amenities are essentially a myth. There was no AC remote to be found, so you have zero control over the temperature. The bathroom was just as dirty as the rest of the room, and to make matters worse, there was absolutely no hot water.
​To top it all off, the hospitality is a joke. There is no proper staff service to help you with any of these glaring issues, and don't expect to grab a bite to eat because there are no restaurant services whatsoever.
​Save your money, your health, and your sanity. You would be better off sleeping in your car than booking a room here.

This email is in regards to a complaint regarding the hotel called Super Collection O M G Road, Pujapura, Kerala made on Booking.com bearing confirmation No: 6902.932.696

We are writing to you to report multiple issues with the room booking that was made at Super Collection, O M G Road on 15th Jul 2025. The rooms were booked for my aged parents for one day. They are now traumatised with this experience to say the least.
Hygiene issues - there were rats roaming around freely in the common areas and room. There were cockroaches in the bathrooms. The bathrooms were very dirty, smelly and unusable. The bedsheets and pillows were not clean. There was no hot water or working AC provided in the room either.
Property issues - The images shown on the site (based on which the property was booked by us) had no similarity with the actual status of the rooms or the property in general. The lobby, furniture, rooms and common areas were in totally dilapidated condition and extremely unkempt. There was also garbage piled up on the staircase.
Package issues - The package we had booked included breakfast but breakfast was not provided at the property and we were charged extra for the same (paid Rs. 400 cash and no voucher was provided).
Staffing - The staff was nonchalant and unhelpful. After complaining multiple times, one of the rooms was changed to another room with slightly better condition.
Property Listing Issue - On booking.com the property was listed as Super Collection, O M G Road. But the actual property name was Hotel Teekay International. Because of this mismatch, we faced a lot of difficulty in finding the location.
I am providing photos and videos as proof for the points above. We are frequent travellers both within and outside the country and this is the first time we have encountered a hotel with such poor conditions.
