The room was clean and modern.
No elevator so had to carry a heavy bag to 4th floor.
I had a confirmed check-in at 2pm a couple of months ago but when I arrived I was told I would get the room 2 hours later.
2 hours later I was told to wait another hour. Then I was told it was due to an electrical fault when I asked and no door could open without electricity .
When I finally got the room there was no safty box working in the room. Only when I said I was thinking about changing hotel they want to try change the batteries and then it worked.
I don't know if it was a language barrier but incredibly poor information and customer service during the stay.

If you are looking for an authentic stay in an excellent locale, this family-run spot is absolutely worth supporting. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home—you can really tell they take pride in what they do.
The rooms are spotlessly clean, and more importantly, the A/C is fantastic, which was a lifesaver after a day of exploring.
A few tips for your stay:
Connectivity: The Wi-Fi is good for standard use. However, if you need high-speed for heavy work or streaming, head over to the local Pancake House or Pan Asian Tapas nearby for a boost.
The "Fourth Floor" Perk: Don’t be discouraged if your room is on the top floor! Just look on the positive side: you’re much closer to the rooftop mystery bar and restaurant, which is a total highlight of the property.
Clean, welcoming, and perfectly situated—we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Bardzo fajne miejsce. W okolicy są dostępne bary i restauracje, można dojść spacerkiem do sklepu. Na plaże jeździliśmy taxi. Miła obsługa, wygodne łóżko, duży pokój.

We just returned from a two-week stay at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are looking for a place that combines professional service with a warm, personal touch, this is it.
Why We Loved It:
* Family-Run Charm: You can really tell this is a family-operated business. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
* Modern Comforts: The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Having both strong Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning made our longer stay much more comfortable.
* Prime Location: The location is fantastic! We were perfectly situated to explore everything we wanted to see without any hassle.
A Quick Tip for Travelers:
If your room is on the 4th floor, be prepared to walk up as there is no elevator. However, the climb is worth it! You’ll be much closer to the mystery bar and restaurant on the top level, which offers a truly great view of the area.
Spending 14 nights anywhere can be a test of a hotel’s quality, and this place passed with flying colors. We’ll definitely be back!

A Hidden Gem!
We just spent a weeks at this fantastic family-run hotel and loved every minute. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. Having reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning made our long stay super comfortable, and you really can’t beat the location.
Walking up the stairs without air-conditioning was not an issue for us. There's plenty of air conditioning in the room and the lobby.

Excellent stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and situated in a very convenient location close to everything. Being family-run, the service has a personal touch that you don't find everywhere—the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Great value for the quality provided. Wifi is very good. If you want even faster go to these restaurants across the street: Pancake House, Pan Asian Tapas. Air-conditioning is working great in the rooms and the lobby.
Also check out the PERA Space Capsule Hotel on the first floor and the Mystery Bar and Restaurant on the 5th floor, which belong to this hotel.

The location is great, only 5 minutes from the main road of Phuket old town. The bed was very comfortable, room size is good. We only stayed for one night before catching our flight back to Europe, and it was good value for money.
It was a little noisy during the night.
We paid a higher price for getting a room on the first floor as there was no elevator and we had a big luggage. Unfortunately we were put on the top/4th floor, as the hotel was overbooked... I'm not sure if it's possible, but it would be good to somehow let Booking.com know, if the hotel cannot accomodate the request, so guests don't pay extra money for it.
