Good wifi l, great location
Pros:

Excellent stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and situated in a very convenient location close to everything. Being family-run, the service has a personal touch that you don't find everywhere—the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Great value for the quality provided. Wifi is very good. If you want even faster go to these restaurants across the street: Pancake House, Pan Asian Tapas. Air-conditioning is working great in the rooms and the lobby.

Also check out the PERA Space Capsule Hotel on the first floor and the Mystery Bar and Restaurant on the 5th floor, which belong to this hotel.

Pros:

The location is great, only 5 minutes from the main road of Phuket old town. The bed was very comfortable, room size is good. We only stayed for one night before catching our flight back to Europe, and it was good value for money.

Cons:

It was a little noisy during the night.
We paid a higher price for getting a room on the first floor as there was no elevator and we had a big luggage. Unfortunately we were put on the top/4th floor, as the hotel was overbooked... I'm not sure if it's possible, but it would be good to somehow let Booking.com know, if the hotel cannot accomodate the request, so guests don't pay extra money for it.

Clean and great location
Pros:

Fabulous experience from start to finish. This hotel manages to be both vibrant and a quiet sanctuary at the same time. It’s impeccably clean, the Wi-Fi is great, and the staff are some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. You cannot beat this location for exploring. I'll definitely be back!

Pros:

A total gem! The Peranakan Hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything yet remarkably quiet and peaceful inside. The rooms are spotless, and the Wi-Fi is strong enough for any remote work needs. What really made the stay, though, was the staff; they are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
