Zero privacy

Unacceptable and creepy experience — charged me for a full day after violating my privacy!
Absolute nightmare. Just ONE hour after checking in, the exact same receptionist who handed me my room key opened my door and walked right into my room without even knocking. Zero privacy, zero respect, and completely unprofessional. I packed my bags and left immediately because I felt so unsafe. To make matters worse, they even had the nerve to charge me for a full day! Avoid this place at all costs if you value your security and money.

Caution: there is no lift but yes the staff behaves well and the property is just on road so it is well accessible.
Pros:

It located in center of phuket and if you like a silent n calm place to stay will recommend no other place than this.

Overall, everything was pretty much alright with the hotel.

Cons:

​To be honest, there are a few points I just need to get off my chest. First of all, there is no elevator—for anyone with a walking disability, that's a real imposition. Second, the claim about a "private parking space" is simply false; it's just a normal public parking lot where you need a lot of luck to even find a gap.
​On top of that, the air conditioning doesn't really work well either. But the absolute worst part was the bed: you lie in it like in a sagging hammock and wake up the next morning with serious back pain. There are definitely hotels that manage that better. Since I'm in Phuket at least every other month anyway, I certainly won't be booking here again.
