If you wish to have breakfast please inform the property before arrival.

All guests have access to our organic swimming pond (unheated) and its terraces at the rear of the Estate. Access is via the rear parking lot of the restaurant, via the small barrier on the far right.

The swimming pool and the outside jacuzzi are heated from April to September.

Breakfast buffet is served in restaurant from 8h to 9h30.

All guests, except from 5 and 4 bedroom house, have access to our "naturessence spa", organic swimming pond (unheated) and its terraces at the rear of the Estate. Access is via the reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Absence de climatisation dans la suite.
Ménage insuffisant dans la suite : toiles d’araignées et cheveux sur la tête de lit …
déclassement : Changement de chambre mais dysfonctionnement de la climatisation toute la nuit.

We hadden zeker twee nachten willen boeken als er iets meer mogelijk was.

Pros:

Het was er heel rustig. Heel mooi domein ook.

Cons:

Op de site stond dat we een volledig uitgeruste keuken op onze kamer zouden hebben. We hadden niet eens een frigo. Toen we een personeelslid hierop aanspraken kregen we te horen dat we moesten mailen. Hier kregen we niet eens antwoord op. De man stelde ook voor onze drank koud te zetten. Dit was de eerste avond van onze 4-daagse. Hij heeft onze cava, aperol, bier enz. meegenomen.
Daags nadien zagen we een jobstudente aan het ontbijt. Zij maakte ons duidelijk dat we zelf niet naar die frigo konden gaan maar dat zij namiddag zou komen kijken aan het zwembad of we iets nodig hadden. 'k Heb ze nooit meer gezien.
Op de derde dag was er niemand bij het ontbijt. De witte yoghurt, de fruitsap en het donker brood waren op en er was niemand om dat aan te melden. Laat staan nog eens te horen achter onze drank.
Op de vierde en onze laatste dag was er wel iemand bij het ontbijt. Zij wist ons doodleuk te vertellen dat onze drank op de 2de verdieping koud stond en dat we die zelf mochten nemen. Helaas moesten we om 10 uitchecken.

Je zou denken, dan ga je toch gewoon naar de bar. Wel, op maandag was die open van 16.30 uur tot 18.30 uur. Op dinsdag en woensdag is die gewoon gesloten. En op donderdag ... Maakt niet uit, we moesten weer vertrekken.

Uitstekend verblijf!
Pros:

Het gebouw, de tuin met de 2 zwembaden, poolhouse, hottub, sauna en de wellness met zwembad binnen, waar je ongelimiteerd gebruik van mag maken inclusief gebruik van badjas. Alles is zeer netjes en verzorgd. Ook het ontbijt is inclusief en prima verzorgd. We hadden het geluk dat het erg mooi weer was toen wij er waren. Hele fijne, ontspannende omgeving. Ook mooie nette ruime kamer. Alles is zeer mooi gedecoreerd. Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad!

Cons:

Het zou fijn zijn als er airco of een ventilator op de kamer was geweest. In de omschrijving op Booking.com stond dat er airco op de kamer was. Dit was op onze kamer niet het geval.Wij hadden de kamer Cosy.
En het hotel ligt vrij afgelegen. Je hebt echt een auto nodig om een uitstapje te maken/wat boodschappen te doen/of ergens iets te gaan eten. Voor ons was het restaurant van het hotel iets te exclusief/te duur.

Très décevant.
Pros:

Le cadre. Le bâtiment est très beau. Belle infrastructure de sauna, piscine…

Cons:

Publicité mensongère. Les chambres sont annoncées avec air conditionné (website) mais il n’y en a pas. Avec la canicule du moment cela est vraiment un problème car nous n’avons pas pu dormir alors que nous espérions un weekend détente et reposant.
Le personnel / service mal adapté. Le petit déjeuner se fait entre 8-9h30. Le buffet est petit et comme tout le monde vient en même temps, le service et le choix s’en trouve fort affecté.
Le personnel nous dit qu’il y aura un geste commercial à cause de la Clim absente, mais lors du Check out plus personne n’est au courant et le gérant ne vient pas alors qu’il est demandé à la réception. Nous sommes finalement parti.
Séjour plus que décevant alors que le cadre est magnifique. Résultat principalement de publicité fausse et du personnel peu avenant.

Traumhafte Lage.
Unkompliziertes, selbstständiger Check in.
Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Gemütlichkeit und Flair, absolut top.
Das Personal war sehr bemüht.
Das Essen (wir hatten ein 4 Gänge Menü) absolut überragend.

Cons:

Die Verständigung war etwas kompliziert, da das Personal kaum englisch und garkein deutsch spricht.
Mit Händen und Füßen war es dann aber möglich.

Great potential but not managed with business acumen
Pros:

Room was good and spacious.
The restaurant experience was great though, nothing to complain about.
The staff was generally nice, nothing extra friendly but courteous, polite and helpful.

Apart from the negative points, the place is stunning and the grounds breathtaking. we had a magnificent weather.

Cons:

There were no soap/shampoo whatsoever available though.... for a hotel, that was a first. We were also asked to take out our own trash, no even downstairs but in our cars and at a recycling center (several km away), because there was no recycling bin.

The booking experience was extremely painful (no discount, no payment nor cancellation options, no flexibility) and we ended up using booking instead.

We were disappointed to see that the spa wasn't open for use after our restaurant meal (~11pm), and the next day, we were almost kicked out during breakfast (which was excellent though).

Malgré un endroit magnifique ! Déception !

Nous sommes arrivé ´s a 8h30 pour le petit déjeuner et celui ci était ouvert à partir de 8h30 ! Malheureusement très vite , il n’y avait plus rien au buffet ! Plus de pain, plus de jus , plus de croissants !! On a dû attendre plus d’une demi-heure pour avoir un peu de pain supplémentaires ! C’est un endroit formidable et cette dernière notre a tout gâché malheureusement ! Malgré que je peux reconnaître que les produits étaient de qualités !

Cons:

Nous avions réservé deux massages en duo pour nos 30 ans de mariage ! Au moment même on nous propose une autre formule qui ne correspond pas à notre demande ! Car une des masseuse n’est pas restée pour notre RDV ! Donc pour finir nous avons opter pour 2 soins de 45 min séparément ! Ce que nous voulions éviter à la base ! Le massage était très bien mais c’est bien dommage car c’était un surprise pour nos 30 ans de mariage ! Le petit déjeuner était une catastrophe ! Et pourtant de bons produits mais un manque de tout trop rapide !
J’ai également envoyé plusieurs mails pour différentes questions ! Et la gestion des mails n’est pas non plus leur fort !!! Des jours avant d’avoir des réponses !

Manque d'empathie face à une situation exceptionnelle

Magnifique endroit, très apaisant. Les installations sont qualitatives.

Cons:

Nous avons dû partir en catastrophe car notre fille de 1 an a été hospitalisée durant la première nuit. Nous déplorons le fait que l'établissement n'ait fait aucun geste sachant que nous n'avons consommé aucun des 2 petit-déjeuner et nous n'avons passé qu'une "demi" nuit sur les 2... nous avions le compte-rendu hospitalier en notre possession. Je trouve que cela fait preuve d'un vrai manque d'empathie de la part de l'établissement. Nous nous attendions absolument pas à un remboursement mais peut-être une proposition de réduction sur un futur séjour.
