Easy, comfy stay
Pros:

Comfy room, modern bathroom. Great location if catching bus to La Fortuna or Puerto Viejo. Great breakfast too.

Cons:

Other than convenience of bus station, not in a nice area. Wouldn’t recommend going out alone or at night

Da jeg ankom,sagde personalet at jeg ikke havde noget værelse på trods af at det var købt og betalt 14 dage i forvejen.. personalet talte kun spansk. Da jeg forlangte pengene tilbage, kunne der ikke lade sig gøre.
Da jeg skrev både til Milan og booking. Com. Fik jeg sendt nogle standard svar om at hotellet havde ret til at beholde pengene hvis gæsten ikke var mødt op.
Da jeg mødte fysisk op sagde et personale at jeg ikke var mødt op dagen i forvejen. Heldigvis var det personale der havde afvist mig dagen i forvejen også på arbejde, så efter lang tids diskussion mellem personalet, endte det med at jeg fik refunderet mine penge.
DÅRLIGSTE BEHANDLING JEG NOGENSINDE HAR VÆRET UDSAT FOR.
Jeg vil kraftig fraråde at have noget med dette hotel at gøre.

Great value and quality for the price. Not as peaceful as one would like but still great
Pros:

I stayed here on my first and last night in the country since its fairly close to the airport. For the price, this place has everything you can ask for. Helpful staff, included breakfast, and clean rooms.

Cons:

The only problem I have with this place is how thin the walls are. On my first nights stay, I was in room 110 which is right next to their outdoor patio, which is right next to the street outside. So it got noisy at times during night but you cant complain too much for the price.

De um modo geral o hotel é bom.
Pros:

O local é ótimo, os funcionários excelente .

Cons:

O WC é muito pequeno, a geladeira não funcionava, foi substituída , mas a que veio também não estava legal, o controle da tv não funcionava.

For the price I believe this place has exceptional value. I would definitely recommend

Rooms are clean, staff is helpful, included breakfast, great value.

Cons:

Walls are very thin. You can hear people walking and talking through the halls late at night. They were not even being that abnoxious at all the walls are just very thin. The fan in the room is not too much help when its a warm day/night.
