It has potential
Pros:

Very clean and quiet.

Cons:

Parking is tight. There’s no real place to take a dog out to do their business. The grass is a bit larger than a postage stamp and soaking wet. Trying to walk to any of the fast food places close either required navigating through a scree field between cactus or risking vehicular traffic to get to the sidewalk.
