Good location near the airport

Cons:

When we arrived there was no water to flush the toilet and mosquitoes inside the room. They informed us the water would come back sometime around midnight. We ended up canceling our reservation and going to another hotel

The best part was the staff. They were exceptionally good and catered for any need I had.

Convienient for moving around. Breakfast was helpful . Bed was good. Enough space and living area was good.

Pros:

The staff go over and above their call of duty to help. I felt my valuables would be safe. The employees were superb.Jayesh,Amool,Vaibhav,Sumeet,
Dipack plus the cook. Amazing view from dining area, all food was freshly cooked in front of you. Train station nearby, loads of food and shopping places and fast links into South Mumbai.

Cons:

Metro station was quite far but one is being built.

Pros:

We stayed at Theory9 Khar and it was way above average appartment for the price you get in Mumbai. Good bed, seemless service, compliments from the host. And the most important: bathroom, where you can get shower without making wet floor all around. When leaving we left our luggage at the place with no problems. Our manager Amol was helpful and fast.

Overall decent, but between T9K and T9B, would choose Bandra

Helpful staff especially the cooks Samiksha, Yash, and another one (forget his name)

Cons:

Being a serviced apartment, it should have the tea making facilities in room, as well as a small fridge. Access should be keyless using only cards and not physical keys. Food service in house rather than bringing it from Bandra T9. Parking facilities. TV channels and service has to be from a good provider like Airtel/Dish/Tata etc and not the local cable provider, cannot watch CNN/BBC and other international channels

Great, clean stay with friendly staff in a great location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and there were plenty of amenities available, such as a common kitchen area with a kettle, washing machine and electric stove. Breakfast was also delicious

Cons:

It would have been helpful to have staff at the reception during certain hours to ask for help with things like booking a cab etc, however there was mobile contact which was fine.

Overall a very good choice of accomodation, in Khar West. I also felt very safe with my daughter.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, the rooms was very comfortable and clean. We also liked the amenities provided in the apartment. The breakfast was average, so perhaps they can improve on choices a bit more.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the breakfast area, this made it stuffy to sit.
