Oda temizlenmemiş her yer toz içindeydi. Yerlerde ve banyo da eski müşterilerden kalma saçlar ve sakallar vardı. Havlular kirliydi. Mutfak temizlenmemiş bardaklar tabaklar mutfak gereçleri pis ve lekeliydi. Perdeler kokuyor ve korneşleri çıkmıştı.
Bunu receptiona söylediğimde inanmadılar şaşırdalar sonra temizlik için gelen görevli kendisi bile dedi "temizlik yapılmamış, gerçekten pismiş' diye. Pencereler de silinmemiş. İlk günü çarşıya gidip malzeme aldım ve ben temizleyip toz aldım yerler dışında. Yerleri onlar sildi. Mop bulsam onu da ben yapardım.
Eşyaları taşıyan kişi gayet işini iyi yaptı.
Temizlik konusunda sıfır bir yer.
Oda manzarası güzel.

Telefonda iletisim kurdugumuz arkadas bizi karsiladi. Telefonda soylediklerini anlamiyordum yuzyuze hic anlamadim cunku Turkce konusamayan iki kisi vardi. Odama siginaga gider gibi labirent yollardan zar zor ulastim. Asansor dar ve kucuk. Aralik ayinda olmamiza ragmen odalari isitmayip sizi klimaya mahkum ediyorlar. Birdaha gitmem

Остановились в номере family suit, двое взрослых, двое детей 2 и 5 лет. Месторасположение хорошее - все близко, но Очень грязный номер, все старое и облупленное, ванная комната в ужасном состоянии, везде черная плесень, двери грязные, как будто на них плевали, ламинат в пятнах, диван в зале в белых пятнах - ужас полный !!!

Otele, yer bakimindan 10/10 veriyorum. Lokasyon mukemmel. Fakat birkac nokta var hosuma gitmeyen. Otopark tam otelin yaninda ama otele ozel degil dolayısıyla baska arabalar da park ediyor ve bu yüzden kalabalik olabiliyor. Neredeyse hemen her yer kapatilmisti zincirle ve zorlandik yer bulabilmek icin. Otelde ilk rezervasyon yaptirdigimizda buzdolabında 2 kucuk şişe su olacagi yazmisti ama yoktu. Oturma alanindaki tv'nin kablosu cikarilmisti, dolayısıyla calismadi ama gorevli gelip halletti. Duş olayi biraz sıkıntılı çünkü tank cok cabuk bosaliyor biri Duş yaptiginda ve diger kisinin biraz beklemesi gerekiyor tekrar sicak suyun dolmasi icin. Ilk gittigimizde sifon haznesinde bir sorun vardi, dolmuyordu sifon cekildiginde. Gorevli gelip yapti fakat daha sonra yine bozuldu. Tekrar 2 kisi geldi ve 1 saat gibi bir surede onardilar cunku sifonu degistirmek zorunda kaldilar. Biz 4 kisi kaliyorduk orda ve sadece 1 tuvalet oldugu icin biraz zorlandik acikcasi. Biz gelmeden once odaya bakilip incelenmesi daha iyi olabilirdi. Bunlarin disinda deluxe daire bayagi guzeldi. Odalar gayet genis ve konforlu. Kalorifer olmasi cok iyi. Banyo gayet genis ve guzel. Dedigim gibi lokasyon cok iyi.
