Atendimento péssimo
Pros:

Atendimento de recepção péssimo em todos os períodos, Wi-Fi, TV e telefone sem funcionar e com um atendimento horroroso no café da manhã o qual, pela primeira vez na minha vida vi isso, não tinha manteiga ou margarina para passar no pão… ao perguntar à atendente o que eu passaria no pão ela apenas deu risada e foi embora… apenas a limpeza e o atendimento das camareiras salvam o hotel…

Hotel muito bom, principalmente para quem está de passagem pela região. Me hospedei indicado por amigos e recomendo! Único problema foi a demora no aquecimento de água do chuveiro.

O hotel fica no meio do nada, em vitorinio, a aproximadamente 20 minutos de carro de pato branco
O hotel é bem confortável, o restaurante ótimo, com preço justo.
O hotel não tem sinal de celular e funciona de maneira precária, é bom para descansar a cabeça.
Cobra muito pelo pouco que oferece, o café da manhã não é extraordinário mas é um quebra galho.
O hotel é bom para descansar.

A única coisa que foi péssimo foi o café da manhã!!! Tipo “a la carte” com pouquíssimas opções, sanduíches muito mal feitos, tudo feito com muita má vontade, economia de ingredientes, enfim…. PÉSSIMO!!! Lamentável!!!

De luxo não tem NADA!

Olha, esperava mais da estadia. O ar condicionado fazia o barulho horrível. A limpeza das janelas estavam horríveis, muita sujeira, o box do banheiro vazava água para fora. Ah e a cama, se abria no meio, e ficava um buraco! Um horror! Pagar 200 de estadia você espera no min um serviço de qualidade!!!! Única coisa que prestou nessa estadia foi o atendimento.
