Very pretty area even if a little noisy from restaurants nearby. 10 mins walk from the train station. If you have lots of luggage it's best to let the owner know in advance, because there's no elevator (but he was extremely kind and brought my luggage up for me :-). A lovely stay!

Firstly, let me tell you that I had noted your hotel months ago prior to our road trip in Europe. At the time I didn't book right away not knowing which day we would be in Vianden. A few days ago I finally booked entering only the hotel name.Victor Hugo hotel and restaurant. It just so happened that it was another one with the same name in France. We ended up having to book a last minute hotel here in Vianden. Would you be kind enough to reimburse my night for the one in France as I am a very loyal customer and .it is a very legimite error. Thanks in advance.

The manager/owner was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and just right for our overnight stay. The restaurant downstairs was great, lovely food, good wine and reasonably priced. I would definitely return and recommend this little hotel.

Calme, chambre et salle de bain très spacieuse. TV ridiculement petite par rapport à l'espace. Accueil sympathique : on doit téléphoner quand on arrive. Très réactif.

Établissement très bien tenu, accueil irréprochable. Lits confortables. Petit déjeuner croissant et pain de qualité. Proche centre de cette petite ville.

Hotel en centre ville simple et facile d'accès.
Pas d'ascenseur, pas de climatisation.

Hôtel très propre literie confortable salle de bain spacieuse comme la chambre d'ailleurs. Quant au restaurant nous le recommandons car prix raisonnable pour un service de qualité

Omdat de keuken gesloten was, op de aankomstdag, kregen we telefonisch een code voor de deur. Binnen lag keurig een brief en een kamersleutel. Maar er was verder (bijna) niemand in het hotel! Dat voelde niet fijn. De kamer was enorm groot, goede douche; maar niet gezellig. De volgende ochtend werd het ontbijt geserveerd ‘bij de buren’ in het bijbehorende restaurant. Alles nagelnieuw, prima ontbijt en vriendelijke mensen! Duidelijk aan de opstartfase bezig! Parkeren kon gewoon voor de deur, ondanks de blauwe lijnen; maar ik weet niet of dat altijd kan. Plaatsje zelf was behoorlijk uitgestorven. 1 pizzeria gevonden die open was! Misschien zijn we nét op de verkeerde dag geweest..?! Goed geslapen!

il voulait nous refaire payer les petits déjeuner alors que nous avions effectué une reservation par vos soins confirmé inclus les petits déjeuné!!!!
comme nous revendiquions notre reservation il n a pas voulu nous accueillir dans son établissement.
nous avons donc cherché un autre hotel a 23 heures !!!!!!
il faudrait vous mètre d`accord avec vos partenaires !!!!
