Pros:

Surly and unwelcoming checkin staff. Shower was leaking and carpet had marks. I would rate it a 2 star property.


Hotel is a long walk. The shuttle service is however convenient.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay, it was nice and peaceful. They served great meals at the restaurant. I will say however the walk from the haram wasn't bad. ( I was bold that night.) over all a good experience.

Worst ever experience, had to checkout the next day.
Front desk did not understand language, smell while walking through the hotel, dirty bathroom floor, flies in the room, no safety lock on room door.
Did not want to refund money for remaining days that we did not stay!
Lost $300!

Comfortable Stay with Excellent service
Pros:

Batol Ajyad is excellent hotel, new facility, clean with professional management. We enjoyed our stay and extended one night. Receptionist responded to all need within minutes, special bus services 24 hours from hotel to main parking to Haram. I strongly recommend the hotel for families performing Omar, wishing the best for all

كانت إقامتي ممتازة جدا لكن هناك بعض الأشياء التي حبذا لو توفرت:
1. توفير شبشب للتحرك داخل الغرفة
2. وضع السرير في مكان عكس المكيف. لأن السرير كان مقابل التكييف فاضطررنا لإغلاق التكييف ( غرفة 211)
3. المغسلة كان فيها تسريب ماء
4. قنوات التلفاز غير واضحة وقليلة جدا حبذا لو يتم إضافة قنوات أخرى مثلا mbc bollywood

the bathroom was not clean, carpet in bedroom very dirty, no room service forget about leaving the clean room sign. only supplied with one toilet paper at a time had to keep asking for another! would not stay there again.

Hotel is away from Haram. You can not reach to haram by walk. Hotel Bus has to be taken for Haram.
You to wait a lot for coming back to hotel from Haram.
lifts are very much slow & tired person has to wait a lot to reach in his room
