Pros:

飯店離JR上野站及京成線走路大概8分左右，回程要搭飛機到成田機場約44分，大門出來過個大馬路就是熱鬧的阿美橫丁，吃飯買東西皆方便，離超商近，樓下有間咖啡廳吃早餐方便～房間內設備乾淨且舒適，床很好睡，隔音不錯，還能每日提供清潔，下次再到上野旅行還會考慮再住這間😊

I would stay there again if only because of the staff. They bent over backwards to help.

適合當作自助旅行的終點站，因為可以搭京成電鐵直達成田。
Pros:

Tosei 離Ueno 車站約5分鐘，左邊走約1分鐘有小7，過馬路即是Family ，再往前走就是阿美橫丁，離日比谷地鐵站約2分鐘，銀座線約4分鐘，交通很方便。

Cons:

1102房間的熱水忽冷忽熱，旅館人員來修過卻沒有改善，每次洗澡就像是洗三溫暖。

Great location, but bathroom not suitable for those with mobility issues.
Pros:

The location, within walking distance of JR Ueno Station and Ueno metro station, was excellent. The room was clean and the service provided by the staff was good. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

Cons:

Despite being clean and fully equipped with two decent-sized beds, the room was very, very small, too small to even fully open my luggage. The main problem I had however was with the toilet/bathroom. Although again it was fully equipped and clean, it was a prefabricated "unit bath" (as they are known in Japan) that had its entrance and floor level very high compared to the hotel room floor (almost one foot or 30 cm higher). This made for a very dangerous step up and down when entering or leaving the bathroom, especially for my 73-year old mother - I had to help her in and out every time for safety. The reception staff also did not have a non-slip rubber mat I could use in the bathtub (another basic safety issue I was surprised by).

Bona ubicació
Pros:

Molt bona ubicació, molt a prop de l'estació de Ueno. Li l'autopista per davant encara que hi ha bona insonorització a l'hotel. L'esmorzar no hi havia gaire varietat per a occidentals, el cafè estava bé. El personal molt amable.

Cons:

Habitació molt i molt petita no ens hi cabien les maletes, el llit era una llitera encara que el matalàs era confortable. El bany estava reduït a la mínima expressió.

Tiny rooms not great for more than one guest or if you have luggage.
Pros:

It was clean when we arrived, and not too far from the train station. It would be fine if you were travelling solo and only had a small carry on sized bag.

Cons:

The room was TINY, and of course, it's Tokyo and was expected, but for two people and twin beds, there was no where to put suitcases and almost impossible to move around the little bit of space that was left. We were told not to use the air conditioner as it was centrally controlled so I had to sleep with the window open (which was still too warm) but then had street noise. The size of the room also meant we didn't get cleaning every day as there was no way someone would have been able to clean or make up beds with our luggage there. (And we didn't have a lot of luggage!) So by the end of several days it felt claustrophobic, messy, and not somewhere to retreat to for calm after a full day of Tokyo!

Pros:

距離車站滿近的，JR,地鐵,京成上野站都很近，附近吃的也很多，對面就有一家全家，地點非常好

Cons:

房間大小，就是日本市區飯店的正常大小，兩個大的行李箱打開就沒有路可以走，如果東西很多的人可能要考慮住大間一點的。

Pros:

1.每天有附瓶裝水，雖然不是必需品但有附還是加分
2.早餐選擇非常多樣化，西日式皆有，還有甜點可以享用
3.住客可以享用免費咖啡，也有備品、入浴劑在二樓提供自取

Cons:

1.離上野站有一點距離，走路10分鐘內可抵達，但推著行李還是小吃力
2.門禁不好，大廳在二樓，無法有效過濾是否為住客
3.插座太少，燈座大多都是連鎖一起，要馬全黑要馬全亮，亮度也中度不會太亮
4.房間不大，不過日本本身房型就偏小，行李無法全開建議上掀式行李箱較適合
5.單人床的床擺放設計為頭面向房門，個人比較不喜歡
