Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé proche de la gare et du parc Ueno, propre, calme, et le petit café juste à côté est parfait pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel parle anglais, ce qui est un plus.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu petites, mais pour quelques nuits c'est suffisant.

We have a nice stay!
Pros:

Location is good. Closed to JR station and what we want to visit. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice. The breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Bathroom is too small.
