Amazing view
Pros:

The hotel is really new/modern. The view over the ocean is amazing, you can even see Galle fort. Staff does everything to make you feel at home. On the day of our check out they let us use all the facilities, like the shuttle tuk tuk to jungle beach and unawatuna. Great!

4 вида завтраков (богаче большинства отелей)
Номера нижнего яруса с выходом в садик - очень неплохо, а на море можно и с крыши посмотреть.

Cons:

1) За стеной номера 16 постоянный шум, типа насосной станции и/или прачечной. Ночью потише, днём громко. Стоило подумать о лучшей звукоизоляции.
2) Бесплатный тук до пляжа Унаватуны и до Джангл Бич работает до 16:00. Запросили тук 15:40. Долго ждали, и ближе к 16:00 отельские туки зачехлили, а к нам приехал другой. И нам сообщили, что вот, пожалуйста, только он платный. Ну он же уже приехал, отказываться вроде как некрасиво (решили мы). А стоило отказаться и вызвать как обычно через Pickme, потому что в результате с нас содрали втридорога. Никогда не заказывайте сторонние туки с помощью отелей, у нас это ни разу не закончилось удачно, проверили трижды, наконец усвоили. Других вопросов к персоналу нет, молодцы, помогали во всех вопросах.

In your response about the tuk-tuk situation, you're confusing two cases. We did call on WhatsApp from Jungle Beach on February 25 after 4:00 PM, but we simply forgot that the service was open until 4:00 PM, and we had no complaints. The case I'm describing took place in the hotel lobby on February 27, and it was exactly as described above, as you can see (if you desire) from the camera footage, if you have them of course. I don't want to say the hotel receptionist tried to make money, probably there was likely some misunderstanding indeed, as we asked for a tuk-tuk from a hotel employee, not the receptionist (no one was at reception at the time). And later the receptionist informed us about the tuk-tuk arriving. In short, we should probably close this matter. But I'm glad to see you're trying to figure things out and care! In order to keep your clean reputation, I've changed my reply a little. Good luck!

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The staff were absolutely incredible – always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly taken care of. Their hospitality made a big difference and added so much to our stay.

The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Pros:

Big spacious room with amazing view, lovely roof top pool with plenty of sun beds and good drinks from tbe bar.
Friendly staff who offer a free tuk tuk service to unawatuna beach and jungle beach.
Food was good, they did a delicious kottu!! Breakfast was good, although my poached eggs were undercooked.

Cons:

The pizzas are a bit misleading with ingredients missing, for example no garlic alioi which is the sole reason we picked that specific pizza. When asked where it was when they gave it to us they said they had ran out. But it would of been good to tell us before ordering. The bases were soggy and undercooked also.

Pros:

The view is breath taking all around... From the room balcony, from the restaurant and specially from the pool in the terrace. Service is very good, and the food at the restaurant is amazing.

Cons:

There's nothing ain't the hotel, and you need a tuk tuk or a taxi to go anywhere. They offer a ride to the nearest beach too. That's not a big problem, though. Very easy to find tracks and tuk tuks.

Pros:

Positive: Great breakfast. Very clean. Nice staff. Excellent food. Quiet at night. Huge, comfy bed. Magnificent views from the restaurant and our room. Providing free Tuk Tuk to local beach, incl. beach towels and water. Hotel manager is very nice and helped us booking/organizing leisure activities(canoeing, whale watching).

Cons:

Negative: The rooms are a little old and need renovation. When we arrived, our room strongly smelled of a strange cleaning product – the smell has then gone, after 1-2 days. Maybe a hint for hotel management to change the cleaning supplies.

Vraiment bien
Pros:

Le personnel est charmant, réactif et serviable. La chambre très propre et confortable avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Les petits déjeuners étaient excellents. La piscine à l’étage surplombe la mer, superbe !

Cons:

Un peu loin de la plage… la plus proche est Jungle Beach, nous l’avons détestée tellement elle est sale. Des déchets partout envahissent la plage. Il y a trop de monde… bref, nous l’avons fuit !
