Room service was prompt and food was good for value
Beddings looked worn out and weren’t crisp, I had to request for new beddings but not much difference, ward robe was falling apart. Pillows were the most basic and not comfy.
This place is always home away from home for me. The staff are friendly and courteous. I can see myself staying here again.
The property is very safe although the electricity kept going on and off. Staff are nice and courteous.

Your customer service is top notch. Samuel and the rest of the front end team were very kind and helpful. The room service team were very good and willing to help. The housekeepers were very quick and efficient at their job. Last but not least, the breakfast was always a hit. Thank you a splendid time.
The one thing to change is to have the masseuse retrained. She did a bad job during my session. I needed a massage not a rob down with excess oil over me. I will also like to suggest lesser wait on food ordered.
The property name should only reflect suites, remove golf until a golf course is available- the name os deceptive.
