Pros:

Balcony was common. Who said that people can enjoy on common balcony.

Don’t ever book this property
Pros:

Poor place, lack of facilities, not clean, stinky rooms. Impolite staff especially Pooja Rawat, she don’t have sense to talk to customers.
We decided to checked out immediately and move to another property

Cons:

Property not to live overall interaction with their ops manager Pooja Rawat was pathetic.

BEWARE - its not the Manu Maharani of Nainital. That is now Namah Nainital.
Pros:

There is nothing to like about this. A scamster property

Cons:

They are confusingly operating under a well known enterprise called ManuMaharani. They are at best a 2 star property and are charging 4 star rated based on this mis use of name.

Nothing only image prior to booking

Cons:

Details were not presented correctly while booking. None of the rooms were having balcony. It was mis-represented as room with balcony instead it was a running space used for entrance/lobby, falsely represented as balcony. Such a waste of money time and energy. Was not expecting such property from booking.com

Paid a high price but very very very avarage hotel

We miss understood the name

We booked hotel for the Manu maharani hotel

But this is manu maharani regency this is the different hotel

And they wasn't give a family room we booked 1 day before and paid Also

But they told room was full if there was no vrcency then how you allowd to book rooms....... Atlist you gave us near rooms

But they didn't......

So we wee very very much disappointed

If you have proper rooms avilebele then book room otherwise don't book rooms

Overpriced accommodation and not good value for money

Good location and great views

Cons:

Staff not very helpful and no-one around at 5.30am when our taxi failed to turn up. Food wasn’t brilliant and we had to wait over an hour just for tea and toast.

Hotel not suitable for old guests, heart patients or people with any injury
Pros:

Apart from the location, there is nothing more to like about this hotel. The hotel is very near to the lake and you can have the lake view from the room.

Cons:

1. First thing is that this hotel is not suitable for old guests, heart patients or people with any injury. To reach the hotel one need to climb more than 120-150 steep stairs. They are extremely difficult to climb. Old people will not be able to climb at all.

2. The wifi quality is very bad. It keeps breaking
3. Food prices at the hotel are extremely high, especially breakfast items.
4. Toilets were not proper.
5. The price of the room is expensive for the stay we had and services we received.
