ดีกว่านอนในโรงรถ จองห้องพักแต่เกือบไม่ได้พัก

จองห้องพักพร้อมอาหารเช้า จ่ายเงินล่วงหน้า แต่ไม่สามารถเช็คอินได้ ต้องนั่งรอ แต่เมื่อเจอเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรม ประโยคแรกที่ถูกถามคือ มาทำอะไร แม้จะแสดงหลักฐานการจอง แต่เค้าอ้างว่าไม่มี booking เพราะมีคนมาพักแล้ว ต้องโทรหา hotels.com ให้ติดต่อเพื่อขอเช็คอิน เจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมจึงยอมเช็คอินให้ โดยไม่มีการอธิบายอะไร ยื่นกุญแจให้ก็จบ มีเบอร์โทรศัพท์ติดต่อ แต่ไม่มีการรับสายใดๆเลย จนไม่ได้รับอาหารเช้าตามเงื่อนไขการจอง จนทาง hotels.com คืนค่าอาหารเช้าเป็น voucher ส่วนลดให้ แม้สภาพห้องพักจะไม่ดูแย่ แต่การบริการสุดแย่ มีโอกาศสูงที่จะไม่ได้พัก เพราะระบบการจองสับสนวุ่นวายของโรงแรมมี booking ซ้ำซ้อน ควรเลือกโรงแรมใกล้เคียงดีกว่า หากไม่มีทางเลือกก็มาพักที่นี่ได้ ก็น่าจะดีกว่านอนในโรงรถ

Great staff. Looks after you first hand. I couldn’t be treated better anywhere even at a higher price. Free daily breakfast.

Lovely place to stay with very friendly staff
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic place, highly recommended. The hospitality of the owner is beyond expectation with very friendly staff great massage, delicious dinners, very reasonably priced drinks.
The rooms are very well equipped, clean and spacious. While my room didn't have a sea view, the common terrace area has a lovely view on the sea.
