Clean, Comfortable and Good value for money.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and also helpful to organise taxis' for us early in the morning of departure.
The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable.
The location of the hotel was quiet, but still in close proximity to the hub of Dotonbori to experience the lively vibe of the city.
We received complimentary bottles of water each day. There were also complimentary bathroom accessories available like toothbrushes, hair brush, razors, etc.

Cons:

Something to be aware of... the price we ended up paying for our stay was a little bit more than what the booking.com price listed. The hotel added an extra 200 JPY for each night... which was only a small amount, but something we weren't aware of and it caught us a little 'off guard' when they presented us with the price to pay on arrival. (We paid in JPY, so there wasn't a 'conversion' rate to consider.) This happened at 2 of the 3 hotels that we booked through Booking.com

Dei call center truffa hanno ottenuto in qualche modo i dati della mia prenotazione e mi hanno contattato su whatsapp per ben 4 volte inviandomi link sospetti facendo pressione temporale e minaccie di cancellazione prenotazione qualora non avessi cliccato sui link nel tempo utile. Questo hotel dovrebbe prestare più attenzione a come conserva i dati dei propri clienti
