Great location and helpful staff, overall, a good base for exploring Osaka.
Pros:

It is located near a train station and within walking distance of Dotonbori. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only downsides were that the rooms were quite small and lacked natural light.

big room; Staff in BOTH hotels. We were kindly moved to Doutonbori Crystal Hotel III because when we arrived to our original hotel Doutonbori Crystal Hotel- there was HORRIBLE noise from MAJOR construction adjacent. Staff was very kind to move us!! and I really appreciate that!
