A very good stay overall
Pros:

The Hotel was great with excellent services provided by their staff. The location is very close to the temple. Excellent hospitality with good food. Highly recommended.

An Aazing stay atan amazing 4 Staf hotel wit excellent staff. Love you al.
Pros:

We chekcked in very smoothly. The stafc at RECEPTION was to polite. We were guided to our room by a Manager who again was extremely decent and polite. He guded us very well and briefed about small details which we liked.
The rooms were beautiful wit al the basic needs required. A Press in the room was icing on the cake for us. The food we had was very tasty. Its a suoer 4 Star Hotel to sta in Shirdi. Hardly 3 minutes from the temple. A big Thank you to the etire Tea of Indore Palace. Keep up the good work. Wel come again.

The best ever stay for us.
Pros:

An excellent Hotel. The best laet is their staff. Its beautifully renovated with all one needs. So close to the temple also.
The rooms were beautuful. The food was very nice too. Highly recommended.

Cons:

A super nice nice hotel. All was great here.

Disappointing!
Cons:

1. In spite of prior booking, reception refused to check-in saying booking has not come through from booking.com. This shows poor coordination between booking.com and hotel. We had to search for another hotel.

2. The reception person was not polite, he was cribbing about our late check-in which is really disappointing.

3. Booking.com shows good ratings but from what I could see, reception and surroundings seemed shabby, worn out and unorganised. I am not sure how this hotel got these ratings.

In summary, I would avoid this place.

Overall, my stay was good despite some noise.
Pros:

I liked the smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The room was reasonably maintained, and the bed and bed sheets were very clean and comfortable.
The staff was courteous and cooperative, and the food prepared by the in-house kitchen was good.
Basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, Hot water kettle for coffee was available.
The location of the hotel is a big advantage for devotees, as it is just a 10-minute walk from the Temple.
Rickshaws are easily available.
Parking space is available, which is convenient if you are traveling by car.

Cons:

I faced disturbance due to ongoing renovation work, as construction was taking place on the floor just above my room, causing significant noise.
The bathroom facilities need improvement—although the bathrooms were clean, the fixtures require attention and toiletries were missing.
I could not avail breakfast due to early check-out.
Also, if you plan to leave early, parking arrangements need to be planned in advance; otherwise, there may be some inconvenience.

Overall, the hotel feels slightly expensive for the facilities provided.

Pros:

It was just an OKAY property.

Cons:

I had asked for 2 rooms and was told I would get 2 rooms. When we reached the property they said only one room is available. They instead gave a 4 bed room. The towels and pillow covers were all dirty. The bathroom fittings were quite loose and rusted. Food options was less as compared to what was mentioned in the menu. It was mentioned the location is opposite gate 3 of the temple which was misguiding.
