A super Beautiful Hotel for your family to enjoy.
Pros:

We liked infact every thing right from the entry to the exit. We stayed at the Hotel for 5 nights. The Hospitality through out was excellent from the entire team we interacted. This Hotel let me tell you carries an Exceptional Customer Service. The food served throughout was too delicious. Mr Santosh was phenomenally guest oriented. I have never ever experienced such politeness from the every corner of the Hotel. My Heart belongs to this Hotel. Please keep growing. We are coming back in October which I have already booked it.

The Best Hotel the best services the best food and the best staff
Pros:

This is on the best hotel I have ever stayed. The Hospitality over here is mind blowing. People will love you and will support you like crazy. Food is excellent. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety every day. Highly recommended.

East or West Indore Hotel is Best

Ok for a rushed overnight stay but felt unpleasant and cramped.

Overall clean except for bathroom + toilet

Cons:

Size of the room too small/cramped with one queen size and twin bed.. We were only 2 people. Was expecting rooms to a bit more spacious considering the price.

Bathroom was smelly and did not feel clean.
Toilet seat was flimsy quality and the pot itself was very unclean. Would have changed the hotel had we not reached the place at midnight

No closet to hang your clothes. You have no choice but to fold your clothes.

They place 500 ml water bottle in the room but are not willing to sell less than 1 Litre water bottles.

In the current state, it should be at the most 2 star Genius level.
