Would stay again
Pros:

Staff were amazing and very helpful given I was going to be checking in late due to traffic.
It was nice and clean.
Full kitchen facilities were well equipped.

Loved it would definitely come back. Felt like a vacation.
Pros:

It was close by to places we needed to go. Was very clean and had everything you needed in it. Loved the balcony for late night chats. Air conditioning was amazing. Loved the pool. Amazing place to go to.

Cons:

Nothing we liked everything.

Good stay
Pros:

Great size apartment, great shower, location, clean, washer /dryer and pool etc

Cons:

Pillows very thin. No TV in the bedroom, very small TV in the living room, needs blockout blinds in living areas.

Served it’s purpose, not recommended for holiday stay.
Pros:

Pool and Gym were good.

Cons:

No cleaning done in the 10 nights stay. Glasses chipped ( two out of three). TV (Streaming) didn’t work. Quite spartan facility. Balcony very dirty. Toaster didn’t work.

Fantastic staff and great facilities
Pros:

We found the staff so incredibly helpful and accommodation, the gentleman went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for making this a great stay. And a massive thank you to the gentleman who took care of us.

Was good for a quick night cap but wouldn’t recommend for more then one night

I liked that it was close to the shops and quite affordable for the size room

Cons:

I didn’t like that when they say that you need to book to reserve parking it’s not guaranteed. This is because I unfortunately didn’t book parking thinking I could when i arrived to be informed that as i didn’t book there was no spot for me to park and that if there was a spot free late at night I could park in one. This was very confusing cause that would indicate that I was taking someone else’s spot that they paid for.

The location is right across the road from knox city, so great location.
Once we found our way into the facility and carpark, it was easy access to our key in the after hours arrival box. It had everything we needed like a small appartmemt.

Cons:

We wished the apartment had proper curtains. And a few more instructions on how to access the carpark.
