It was a lovely stay the apartment was clean and comfortable.

The room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

I went to check in I had to wait 10 mins for the receptionist to get the paperwork. My car couldnt fit under the carpark so nowhere to park my car. I had to change my car with my children just so I could park. I got to my room it wasnt locked at all . I didnt have to use the key to get in. I had to look around to see if anyone was in my room because the TV was on. Only when I saw no luggage was I able to calm down and enjoy the rest of my stay

Pros:

The room was simple but comfortable and had everything I needed. I appreciated having access to the gym, sauna and pool after working long days. The bus station and shopping centre over the road were ideal for me. I also appreciated that every apartment had its own balcony.

Pros:

Location is good just walk across to the shopping centre and public transport was available.
Staff was young and friendly.
Pool was lovely and warm. Gym and sauna looked modern. Thankful there was a lift.

Cons:

The unit needs some attention. Power point in lounge was not connected with the wall very unsafe.
Lounge is peeling and unsightly.
Mildew smell in unit coming from bathroom's drains.

near shops and public transport

Cons:

we did not have wi-fi for tv to use netflix etc. we asked to fix it but they did not manage to fix the issue. No wi-fi on the whole days of our stay. Thank you.

If I could give this hotel less than zero stars, I would.

Where to begin.

Broken chair, broken kitchen cabinet that nearly fell on my wife’s head, dirty floor, dirty drinking glasses, dirty laundry sink, dirty vegetable compartment in the fridge, dirty and smelly freezer, cigarette butts on balcony, no lid for the bin, no laundry detergent provided, food splatter on the splash back behind stove and a ripped and worn sofa.

Staff were very nice and let us check in before 2pm, Close to Westfield Knox shopping centre and very quiet.

Cons:

The beds where very uncomfortable, didnt get much sleep and woke up with a very sore back.

How tricky it was to organise a car park. No staff were on site even in the morning. The couch was completely peeled and covered with a folded sheet

Near shopping center, easily reach public transport, comfortable bed, amazing room and facilities

Have a map for those who checked in by themselves so that customers can find the correct building rather than walking around and around in the rain

Good stay for a quick catch up with mates.
Pros:

Good clean apartment. bed was comfy. Plenty of room to sit and chill. Great location as shopping centre over the road and a nice food precinct attached to rear.

Cons:

Pillows too soft for my liking. No one at reception on arrival and when contacted seemed more annoyed to have to come out.
Car parking confusing as not may marked bays for hotel guests.
