The hotel is a gem! Fantastic
Pros:

"I absolutely loved my stay; everything was perfect! The room was clean and fresh, and the room service was excellent. I especially loved the pillow menu and the different lighting modes. I’ll definitely be back! :)

Really lovely place to stay in London
Pros:

Comfortable, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, and wonderful breakfasts. Excellent location. After many years of staying in various hotels in the city, this is the overall best I have stayed in!

Cons:

Needs better functional lighting especially in the bathroom- impossible to see to apply make up!

Die sehr schönen Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Metro Station gleich um die Ecke.
