Fantastisch! Wij zijn al aan het kijken of een weekendje terug kunnen komen!
Pros:

Het hotel was in één woord fantastisch! Naast het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel, klopte ieder detail van de aankleding en inrichting. Zo was er bijvoorbeeld een ochtendjas en slippers op maat voor mijn kind van 10. Alles is netjes afgewerkt en doet het goed. Wij gaan graag nog een keer terug als we weer London zullen zijn!

Cons:

Als ik dan iets moet zeggen, dan is het het lagere toilet, waardoor dit iets minder comfortabel is in gebruik is hierdoor.

Pros:

Good location, clean rooms and lovely staff. Easy to walk to sights such as St Paul's, Borough Market and Tate Modern. Direct tube links from/to St Pancras International for Eurostar. Highly recommend this hotel for a city trip.

Cons:

Mind room size when booking, it is listed. Standard rooms are on the smaller side but all have everything you may need.

Hotel has a lovely ambience and excellent staff.
Pros:

The check in and check out were exceptionally efficient, all the documentation had been pre-prepared and staff were friendly and welcoming. There were lots of small touches such as Ortigia toiletries, milk in the fridge and a free mini-bar of soft drinks and snacks that just make the difference.
