Extremely noisy
Pros:

A welcome kit with water, soda, and ginger was appreciated

Cons:

It seemed like there was a party on my floor. Lots of noise, shouting, and extremely loud talking until dawn. I notified the guy at the reception, but it didn’t help. And to top it off, at 6am, construction started with pile driving. Impossible to sleep. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to rest. Also, there are no nearby food options after 9pm

Pros:

Un bon rapport qualité / prix; une chambre bien équipée; Une localisation à proximité de petits commerces et restaurants confortables, plus éloigné d’attractions touristiques ce qui rend le séjour plus authentique aussi.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas clair sur le mode de paiement entre cash et carte de crédit.
La chambre un peu humide et les odeurs de cigarette dans le couloir des chambres et de la salle de bain.

This place was OK
Pros:

For the price it was a good deal. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It wasn't as clean as I would expect, there were some stains on the bed sheets and a few hairs in the bed.

I slept well though so it was OK.

The location,the staff are great.Especially Ms Tuyet Mai receptionist help me to upgrade my room to the best room with good view to see Hà nội by window .This made me have a good time in Hà nội
