Awful
Pros:

I did not stay there. They wouldn’t honor my reservation. They said that they had a nationwide system shut down and couldn’t honor my reservations so they would not give me the room I paid for. I need a refund !

Cons:

They didn’t honor my reservation. Would not give me the room. I paid for a room and they didn’t let me stay there. I had to go to another hotel.

It was clean comfortable and convenient to location
Pros:

It was clean
But the pool closed at 9pm and I booked it specifically for the pool and was not able to utilize the pool that night… I was given a later checkout and do appreciate that as to utilize the pool in the am… the pool hours should be available with info about the facility

Enjoyable
Pros:

Had a problem with TV connection. It was really late but I was wide awake wanting to watch tv. The male at the front desk tried to fix the cord but couldn't. He volunteered to put us in another room and i took him up on the offer. I was thankful for his kindness. Actually, each front desk worker was above & beyond, kind, & pleasant. The cleaning lady today was pleasant although we didnt have a need for conversation, she still smiled & greeted me.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Kyle. Breakfast was great and our beds were comfy!

Excellent location & the area is really beautiful. Clean hotel & generous breakfast!
Pros:

Incredibly clean, friendly staff. Large area in lobby to have dinner, we snagged pizza and all sat around to eat and be out of the rooms to mingle.

Cons:

Pool was closed all weekend. Incredibly disappointing for the kiddos, that’s why we booked this hotel. It wasn’t the staff’s fault. Needed to be cleaned/ new chemicals and wasn’t safe to swim. We found a local splash pad & park so made the best of it, but a bummer to miss out on swim time.

Horrible hotel and staff
Pros:

Called at 3 pm 6/25/26 they said pool was indoors and heated get there at 4:30. Woman was rude and said pool had been broke for a week and I said that’s the whole reason we booked here. Also told it was a total $121. With taxes as I’m a rewards member and wouldn’t be staying. She said no refund and charged $177.00 just for walking into hotel!! Thieves, fraudulent charging for service not given!! Worst business ever!!

It was a pleasure being here!
Pros:

The staff was the best I've delt with at any hotel. We were on the road for a week and a half staying at many hotels. This was by far the best! Rooms, fitness room, breakfast was fabulous. Home made scones and delicious egg cups, sausage and potatoes. Great selections. Coffee very good! Awsomesauce is all I can say!

Cons:

Only one ice machine was working on this 4 floor hotel. But they were very apologetic and helped me get the ice. Great employees!
