An attractive colonial property, with a pretty enclosed and secure garden, a comfortable bedroom and adequate en-suite. There’s also a shared kitchen and filtered water available. A daily breakfast menu is on offer. The staff were very friendly and there are a couple of good restaurants nearby.
As is common in Guatemala, there’s a lack of wardrobe space in bedrooms, lack of waste bins and recycling facilities, no bathmat and the shower water temperature was tepid. There’s also a gap under the main door large enough for insects to crawl into the room. Breakfast was passable.

Andamos a cidade todo a pé. Não precisamos de carro para nada.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno para duas pessoas.
Tem muitos móveis para um pequeno quarto.
Senti falta de um lugar para pendurar roupas. De um cabideiro grande.
La tranquilidad, la atención del personal que te ayudan y guían en lo que requieras. Es un hotel muy cómodo, cuidado y bien ubicado.
La ubicación es excelente, está cerca del centro de Antigua.
Las instalaciones deben mejorarse aún en cosas básicas como puertas, duchas, flujo de agua.

Le jardin était vraiment très agréable et apaisant, un vrai petit havre de paix. La maison en elle-même est très belle et pleine de charme.
La chambre manquait de prises, surtout près du lit, ce qui n’était pas pratique. Le mobilier était assez ancien et mériterait d’être rénové. Concernant l’accueil, le monsieur semblait un peu peu accueillant, mais cela est peut-être dû à la barrière de la langue, car il ne parle pas anglais et je ne parle pas espagnol.
Era limpio y nos dejaron ingresar antes de la hora del check in, de verdad lo agradecimos porque veniamos del volcan acatenango.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms and a cute garden. Staff were so kind and helpful and it was so clean. Just a little out of the historic centre but still within the beautiful part of town, less than a 10 minute walk from the square. Being a little out of the centre meant it was a lot quieter and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Antigua.

El baño estaba tapada la regadera salia un chorrito hirviendo, hasta el último dia sólita se destapó y ya salía tibia y un chorro aceptable, el baño es muy incómodo (lavabo)
La ubicación es muy buena, es a unas pocas cuadras de la plaza central, el anfitrión es muy amable y te ayuda con las dudas que tengas sobre la ciudad y los tours. muy recomendado.

Excelente servicio al cliente
La ubicación está muy bien a unos minutos del parque central y literal está la vista al cerro. Las instalaciones están muy bien, tienen agua caliente definitivamente será la primera opción en la siguiente visita a la antigua.
No cuentan con desayuno incluído, podrían tener una opción con desayuno incluído. O quizá yo no ví esa opción.
