El personal súper amable y las instalaciones de primer nivel
Todo estuvo magnífico
Tiene un jardín interno con sillas y espacio verde muy lindo para descansar un poco. Unas instalaciones muy lindas y sin tanta gente. Está bien ubicado a dos cuadras más o menos de la Calle 1, que es la parte más turística de Antigua. Es muy seguro y la gente muy amable y atenta.
El check out fue muy temprano. Sin embargó el hoster nos permitió esperar nuestro transporte en las instalaciones del hotel y eso nos ayudó muchísimo.

O hotel era muito limpo, a área em comum era bem cuidada e organizada, bem ao sopé da montanha. O quarto era bem amplo e espaçoso. Juan Carlos e Lorena foram muito solícitos. Fizemos a compra do passeio do vulcão acatenango com o hotel.
The staff was very kind and helpful, the accommodation offers a relaxing and comfortable stay. The courtyard is a pleasant environment to have breakfast or for 1-2 beers in the evening before bed.

El desayuno muy bueno, el trato del personal fue excelente, nos gusto la ubicación, porque era tranquilo y a sus alrededores había mucha flora y fauna.
Unicamente no nos gusto que el lavamanos estaba quebrado y debíamos tener cuidado que no se desprendiera de la base que lo sostenía.
Excelente atención, la ubicación, un placentero descanso.

The accommodation was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and very filling, making it a great start to each day. We truly felt at home during our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
Perfecte rustige locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Mooie ontbijt-tuin en zeer vriendelijk hulpzaam personeel.
Onze kamer had geen raam naar buiten maar naar 'n hoge schacht. Waarschijnlijk hierdoor was er 'n wat muffe lucht. Het 2 persoons matras sliep lekker maar was in het midden wat doorgezakt.

Deux points critiques
- à partir de 22h, il était difficile de rentrer à l'hôtel car on ne nous avait pas donné les clefs. Il fallait donc sonner, mais le personnel était peu réactif. Nous avons attendu dehors bien 15-20mn une fois avant que l'on nous ouvre à 22h
- notre voiture a été endommagée dans le parking privé et payant de l'hôtel. L'employée a affiché un mutisme total alors que nous lui montrions les dommages et répétait, comme un robot, que l hotel déclinait toute responsabilité. Aucun remboursement des frais de parking n'a eu lieu. La propriétaire, que mon mari a eu au téléphone, lui a dit sur un ton méprisant "vous n'avez qu'à me mettre un mauvais commentaire!"
Nous avons contacté par messages l'hôtel ensuite, aucune réponse de leur part.
