Pros:

Bardzo fajne miejsce, miły personel, bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Mogłam zostawić bagaż podczas treningu na wulkan a po powrocie pokój był gotowy od 13. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Fajny ogród do odpoczynku. Chętnie tam wrócę.

A localização era ok, ficava há uns 5 minutos da rua principal andando.

Cons:

O chuveiro não esquentava muito e tinha um fedor muito forte. Ficamos uma parte de um dia sem água, mas foi logo resolvido. O anfitrião é legal e solicito.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly location was excellent short walk into town. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

Mattress was little warped and the sheets didnt fit the mattress well. We know the water heaters are hit or miss and ours was a little cool. But overall these were very very minor things for us. We loved our stay and would come back!

eine schöne Zeit in Antigua
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes nettes hilfsbereites Personal . Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Das Gemeinschaftsbad äußerst sauber mit einer großen Dusche. Das Frühstück war für mich reichlich und köstlich! Gute Lage und gemütlicher Innenhof.

Accueil exceptionnel et personnel attentif.
Merci pour le late check-in et la gestion du taxi depuis l’aéroport, ce service est un vrai plus!

La cour et la vue sont à couper le souffle!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très léger et pas ce que j’aurais attendu (je pensais avoir pancakes et confiture).
Il fait très froid dans la chambre et il manque de couverture.

La ubicación es muy buena estas a pocos minutos de la plaza central. El desayuno fue muy rico y tenían diferentes opciones. La atención del personal fue muy acogedora. Todo estaba muy limpio y te facilitan el acceso a la cocina.

Aunque estaban limpias, siempre prefiero las toallas blancas.

Vivimos la peor experiencia que hayamos tenido en un hotel. Nos asignaron una habitación infestada de hormigas e insectos. Especialmente las cobijas y sabanas estaban colmadas de insectos. Ingresamos a la habotación tarde en la noche, luego de caminar durante todo el día en la ciudad. Por la poca luz no pudimos darnos cuenta de los insectos. Cuando estabamos quedandonos dormidos comenzamos a sentir picaduras en todo el cuerpo. Tuvimos que correr a la ducha a buscar quitarnos los insectos que teniamos en todo el cuerpo. Bajamos corriendo al lobby. No había nadie. Luego de un rato llegò una persona encargada, quien nos vio asutados y verificó las condiciones de la habitación. Decidimos salir a media noche a buscar pasar la noche en otro hotel. Al otro día volvimos para que nos realizaran el reembolso de lo que pagamos, pero la dueña y admnistradora del hotel fue grosera con nosotros. Nos acusó de haber estropeado las sabanas. No quisó devolvernos lo que habiamos pagado por adelantado por varias noches. Desarrollé alergía en todo el cuerpo debido a las numerosas picaduras recibidas. Hoy estuve en el centro de salud para estabilizar mi condición de salud. Arruinaron las vacaciones de mi familia!!! Tenemos registro en fotografias y videos de las condiciones de insalubridad de esa habitación. Denunciaremos ante las autoridades turisticas y sanitarias de la municipalidad. Es irresponsable que permitan que brinden servicios hoteleros en esas condiciones. El hotel ofrece habitaciones a bajo precio en comparación a otros de la ciudad, pero a cambio de un riesgo muy alto contra la salud de las personas. A hoy aún no recibimos el reembolso de nuestro dinero!!!
