Muy buena ubicación
Las ventanas no tienen cortinas y se meten los sancudos
Las instalaciones del hotel son super acogerdoras, pintorescas y bonitas, los detalles estan muy cuidados.
El personal del hotel fue extremadamente amable, nos permitieron dejar las maletas, mientras haciamos la excursión del volcan de 2 días. Nos parecio fabuloso y sentimos mucha seguridad de dejarlas ahi.
Nos indicaron donde poder cambiar dinero y comprar cosas para la excursión.
La habitación y el baño eran un poco rusticos, pero todo funcionaba correctamente.
Hacia un poco de calor en la habitación y no tenia aire acondicionado.
La ubicación esta un poco apartada del centro (como a 12 minutos caminando)

La ubicación es excelente para conocer Antigua. Y el personal del hotel fue muy amable y se mostró dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento.
El servicio de WIFI. En la habitación la señal era muy débil.

stayed 4 nights, but didn't find anything wrong. It's a shame they have to sometimes park a car in the beautiful inner courtyard, but that only happened twice.
An attractive colonial property, with a pretty enclosed and secure garden, a comfortable bedroom and adequate en-suite. There’s also a shared kitchen and filtered water available. A daily breakfast menu is on offer. The staff were very friendly and there are a couple of good restaurants nearby.
As is common in Guatemala, there’s a lack of wardrobe space in bedrooms, lack of waste bins and recycling facilities, no bathmat and the shower water temperature was tepid. There’s also a gap under the main door large enough for insects to crawl into the room. Breakfast was passable.

Senti falta de um lugar para pendurar roupas. De um cabideiro grande.
La tranquilidad, la atención del personal que te ayudan y guían en lo que requieras. Es un hotel muy cómodo, cuidado y bien ubicado.
La ubicación es excelente, está cerca del centro de Antigua.
Las instalaciones deben mejorarse aún en cosas básicas como puertas, duchas, flujo de agua.

Isolation sonore inexistante mais c’est très souvent le cas au Guatemala
Le jardin était vraiment très agréable et apaisant, un vrai petit havre de paix. La maison en elle-même est très belle et pleine de charme.
La chambre manquait de prises, surtout près du lit, ce qui n’était pas pratique. Le mobilier était assez ancien et mériterait d’être rénové. Concernant l’accueil, le monsieur semblait un peu peu accueillant, mais cela est peut-être dû à la barrière de la langue, car il ne parle pas anglais et je ne parle pas espagnol.
Era limpio y nos dejaron ingresar antes de la hora del check in, de verdad lo agradecimos porque veniamos del volcan acatenango.
