Be You Luxury Apart'Hotel

The room was OK. The first employee that receive us was very nice, but the second employee was a little bit more rough when we were trying to explain him a problem that we have with the key of the hotel was not a lovely experience with him but overall, the hotel was OK and also the area of the hotel

The front desk staff were very unhelpful, non-responsive when issues arose, and generally were more interested in watching TV while on the job than helping guests. The hotel is surrounded by sex shops, sex workers, and unsavoury characters as soon as you exit the door - which we were completely unaware of until we arrived for our stay (and quite frankly the hotel tries to hide). Every time I stepped out of the front door in the evening I would be approached by sex workers trying to solicit their services - gross.

The room was very small and had not been well kept up - many items were damaged (floors, walls, furniture etc). One should expect more for a 4 Star property.

The wifi never worked at the hotel during our stay.

The only aspect of the property which was decent is the general area around Montmartre - which is lovely, although the street that the property is on is quite unsavoury especially for families.

Great hotel for a family stay, very comfortable and good size. Location is great (a lot of sex shops but no problems!) and very good value for Paris. Good facilities, clean and staff all helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

The staff at this hotel were all very nice! However, I had an issue with the hot tub. I didn’t realize that it would cost me nearly $60 to use it, which I wasn’t informed about when I was told I had to reserve a time to use it. I was forced to pay since I promised my 15yo that he could use it. When his time was up, he noticed a used condom in the hamper. It was disgusting to know that a couple had sex in the tub that my son used. I informed reception who said she would see what she could do and yet, nothing was done. No compensation was made.

My advice? Do not use the hot tub. Everything else was fine. When I asked for directions to the laundromat, the housekeeper, Laila, went out of her way to walk me to the laundromat to show me where it was located. That’s going above and beyond and I was grateful. I would give this hotel 5 stars if it weren’t for the condom. If my son ends up with any infection and other STD related disease, I will not just be furious. I will be suing.

The hotel itself was wonderful. I knew the area had adult stores nearby, but figured they’d be more discrete, but they’re not. I stayed with my kids and got lots of questions as we walked between the metro and the hotel. Not the hotels fault, but just be mindful/ready if traveling with little ones. Otherwise, the location is fantastic. Close to metro and trendy neighborhoods.

Near Moulon Rouge, so it was an interesting part of town to say the least. Staff was helpful. Room was tight for 4 of us for the week. Would have been better for two.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Nice size rooms, very helpful staff very easy to get around. kids loved the room. Definitely stay there again with the family next time in Paris.

Belle Place

Great location, apartments are big in size for france. I wish housekeeping did a better job at dusting and cleaning the shower walls.

Good access, clean bathroom, comfy bed.

Property itself was nice and staff was great. It was also extremely convenient to food, stores, and souvenir shops. The only thing that was a (very minor) issue, was the sex shops and peep shows that surrounded it. It would be like the red light district of Paris. It was just unexpected, that's all. Great to stay here and I felt safe ...just don't bring your kids!

A comfortable stay near Moulin Rouge in Paris. Many dining and shopping options nearby with attractions accessible through public transportation or taxi/Uber/Bolt. The city is very wheelchair friendly although some corners are not flush with streets so be wary.

RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF PORN DISTRICT. It was a fairly nice hotel inside, but all kinds of porn shops and peep shows on all sides.

Well laid out suite hotel, with kitchenette and dishwasher. Supermarket, bazar and metro within 2 min. walk. Elevator at your room's doorstep. Very helpful staff, most speaking english well. Moderate pricing.

Not what I was expecting.

This property is not a luxurious hotel. Its in the middle of a two strip clubs with sex toy shops everywhere. The room was decorated like a 1980's.hotel
The bathroom doors are glass so no privacy. The sofa beds were the most uncomfortable beds i ever slept on. Kitchen had no cooking spoons no bottle opners and pots were old and scratched up. The staff was very nice . Once there we didnt feel unsafe , once you walked about 150 meters away from the hotel you were out of the sex neighborhood.

Adorable lil boutique hotel. I would definitely stay again. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great apartment hotel. The staff are excellent- friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size for Paris standards and value is brilliant. I’ve been to Paris about 15 times and this is the best option we’ve found in terms of quality and price when needing extra space with a young child. Only downside is the area isn’t ideal for kids, but if they are very young, it’s totally fine.

The location of the property was great, a walk into central Paris, good access to Montmartre and restaurants away from the tourist places. The apartment was OK, very tired, Staff were excellent. The bathroom however was disaster - leaking water sprays under the sink (which you could tell they tried to repair) and the layout of the shower is a safety issue because the whole bathroom was we and slippery after the smallest of showers. Really let the total experience down
