Convienient value for money hotel
Pros:

Clean bright hotel with very nice bathrooms.

Cons:

The checkout in the morning was extremely delayed. Had to wait 15 minutes with only one person before me. Totally unacceptable.

Stay away!!!

The smell of the hotel when you walk in was lovely, lemony fresh

Cons:

We asked for an additional bed which wasn't available so my daughter had to sleep on a small sofa. The breakfast was very limited and the toaster didn't work. The staff seemed to see hotel guests as a burden!.

A very nice and comfortable stay - I will return!
Pros:

Very clean and elegant and comfortable room, quiet, excellent rain shower and bath, very polite and helpful staff - check in and checkout were fast and courteous. I also witnessed a rude and aggressive guest arguing with a desk staff person and the staff person remained impressively polite and calm in their response.
