Good property clean and nice location
Pros:

Very well designed comfortable and clean right in the city

Cons:

The design of the coffee tea maker location is rather poor
The service of the front desk staff when we checked in at 3 pm was rather poor. Our luggage sat at the lobby for more than two hours though our rooms were allotted and we had asked them to be sent up. Nobody answers the reception phone so finally I had to go down and organise my luggage though I had senior citizens with me. The morning staff were friendly . Housekeeping was good and very prompt. Restaurant was good.

I would love to come back to Lemon Tree Premier Pune
Pros:

The location, the staff were very friendly specially Mr Sameer , Ms Rohini , Ms Anuradha and the rest . The food was delicious, variety of foods were great.

Cons:

Having to change my room 3 times
First day there was a weird smell.
Same day 2nd room was dusty and very noisy with kids running in the floor ; therefore at 1 am , I called and moved to another room . I was extremely uncomfortable and tired . I thank the staff who have taken care of and helped.
