Sunrise Jade - Adults Only

Cannot fault this hotel with it's all round cleanliness, staff or the serenity of it's location.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The view from our balcony was breathtaking, enjoyed every second of sunrise every morning. There is a little beach just by hotel, which was very quite. Enjoyed swimming with turtles aa well

Amazing staff who are all super helpful. Loved that you get a sunbed reserved for the whole stay so you don’t have to worry about saving one. Hotel room was stunning and great location for walking to hotels etc

Location was excellent for a quiet holiday but near enough to Fig Tree bay and all that offers to walk should you want that.

Really nice adult-only hotel in Protatas. Gorgeous modern hotel, comfortable rooms. Massive pool with a swim up bar. Right by the sea so it’s easy to go for a swim. It’s also round the corner from the madness of Fig Tree Bay so it’s a lot calmer (but a 10 min walk away if you do want a bit of fun). You get allocated a sunbed when you arrive so there’s none of that ‘towel reserving’, very civilised. Breakfast buffet is excellent, and a couple of restaurants are on site (we had burgers at the sports bar which were great they even had ‘Beyond’ Meat veggie burger so I was delighted. They gave us a late checkout when our flight got delayed. Overall, despite the slightly tacky name (sorry!) it’s a lovely hotel and I would recommend to others and definitely stay again.

Ideally situated a 10 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants and the beach. Too busy to want to be on top of the main strip.
There is a small cove beside hotel if you want to swim in the sea. The beds by the pool are allocated of your choice for your complete stay so no obsession for reserving beds - what a great system. My only gripe was the indoor pool was absolutely freezing hence no one used it The lobby and seating areas were very uninspiring but overall hotel great and food good beds comfortable.

Loved everything about this hotel. Amenities, food, drinks, staff, location - all fantastic. We did the half board option and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options, with restaurants in the main hotel site and also in the nearby town of Protaras.

Fantastic sunrise, clean , friendly

Nice hotel and lovely pool area, love the allocated sunbeds and there was a good amount of space between them so you weren’t too close to the neighbouring beds. Food at breakfast and lunch is excellent. It is a walk into the centre of Protaras but we found a short cut and it only took us around 7/8 minutes and taxis were very easy to get and cost €10 each way.
Reef bar was nice for a 5pm drink.
The big downside though was the issue the hotel seems to have with non residents coming in to use the pool / bar. There were a couple of incidents but the most concerning was when someone apparently from one of the villas behind came in in the morning, clearly already drunk / on something, started shouting and swearing at guests, getting into their faces, demanded the bar staff serve him drinks, then he ran around the pool area shouting, throwing glasses and being extremely racist to the pool attendant who was trying to get him to leave. This went on, on and off for about 2 hours. Only one lady from the hotel staff came out to try and get him to leave. Guests felt vulnerable and were worried how far it was going to go. People were taking videos and some guests were even trying to catch him. The police were apparently called but we didn’t see them. Whilst this wasn’t initially the fault of the hotel, the way the management dealt with it was appalling, there was no visible presence and no apology, just shrugging of shoulders.

Very quiet and restful fantastic staff ,a shout out for Natalie and Marvina on reception.swimming pools large and great,worth upgrading to swim up rooms I enjoyed a swim every morning before breakfast straight out side my patio door.we didn’t take half board option but wish we had because we ate at all the restaurants linked to hotel and they were great.

I spend time choosing my hotel stays for specific requirements.
Two days into my stay at the Jade, I was told the owners had decided to close the hotel early, leaving me 3 days adrift of my planned departure date. I was told I could move to sister hotel the Pearl, which is close by and that hotel would arrange a taxi, which it did.
The Pearl is not an equivalent stay to the Jade. I was placed in a room directly over restaurant, with constant noise. Could not leave door to balcony open. The room stank of sickly sweet shake and vac style smell, which I couldn't get rid off, as room only had small door to outside, unlike my room at the Jade. Room service food was not great. Bed sheets felt damp. Outside, the sunbeds were all crammed together and hotel is overlooked on both sides. A few hours post arrival at the Pearl, I contacted Expedia and bought my return home forward 3 days. Not the relaxing holiday I was looking for. Will not return to either hotel as a result.

Very nice hotel right in front of the sea with nice pools, comfortable room and bed the only thing they need to improve it is the quality of food especially lunch.

The crew doesn't know their surroundings. Not effective in providing help regarding entertainment options around the hotel. Such as: restaurants, clubs and the like in these.

fantastic stay, very clean and fresh, far enough out that the surrounding area of the hotel is quiet.

2nd visit - adult only. Quiet location. Hotel maintained to an excellent standard both inside and out. Staff user friendly and food great. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard

Great hotel, new and modern! We loved the tranquility and facilities. The beach in front of the hotel is divine for snorkeling lovers.
