Hôtel où vous vous sentez chez vous, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie
Pros:

La vue depuis cet hôtel et la chambre dénommée « crabe » est juste incroyable. On est réveillé par le chant des oiseaux le matin et le soir on peut admirer le ciel étoilé. La literie est confortable et Nathan l’hôte prend particulièrement soin de ses clients. On est très content de quitter le tumulte de la plage pour se reposer au calme à la piscine de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Rien. Il faut seulement accepter de faire un petit peu de piste avec son 4x4 pour arriver à l’hôtel. Cela est normal pour avoir une telle vue. Personnellement cela ne m’a pas dérangé, au bout d’un aller retour on connaît bien la piste et il n’y a plus d’appréhension.

I highly recommend the Lodge for a stay in the Samara area.
Pros:

The villa is lovely with a beautiful view of the Ocean. Nathan is a wonderful and knowledgeable host, the included breakfast and dinner option are delicious.

Großartige Unterkunft!
Pros:

Wow, wir reisen viel und diese Unterkunft war definitiv eine der besten. Alles fühlt sich familiär an und trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe dort oben. Wir hatten einen eigenen Bungalow mit unglaublichem Blick. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück ist großartig und Bernard und seine Frau machen den Aufenthalt mit Tipps und guten Gesprächen zu etwas ganz besonderen. Dazu gibt es einen tollen Außenbereich mit Pool, Outdoor-Küche und Getränken zum Selbstbedienen. Kaffe und Tee sowie gekühltes Wasser sind jederzeit kostenlos verfügbar.
Insgesamt 10/10!

Super nette Gastgeber; tolle ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer! Leckeres Frühstück und hin und wieder Abendessen. Veronique kocht hervorragend !

Cons:

Man muss ca 15 Minuten eine Schotterpiste hinauf fahren. Das ist aber machbar. Es muss einem bewusst sein dass man am Abend nicht in Orts- oder Strandnähe wenn man nicht im Dunkeln fahren möchte.

Pros:

Bernard and Veronique were the most kind and committed hosts, even asking us which breakfsst we would like to have cooked on our last day, offering us tips on where to go, helping us with minor issues and generally being concerned about whether we were enjoying our stay in the region. Would 100% recommend.

Juste incroyable 😍
Pros:

Tout était parfait. L'accueil des propriétaires belges était juste incroyable. Ils étaient gentils, bienveillants toujours au petit soin pour nous. Les petits déjeuners et les repas (sur demande) faits par la propriétaire étaient juste délicieux, un vrai régal.
Le logement était très propre, très confortable et la vue vraiment incroyable 😍 ça vaut vraiment le déplacement. Je vous le conseille +++

Beautiful property with great views.
Pros:

Beautiful room with a lovely balcony, a homely feel with some luxury. Delicious breakfasts and Bernard was an exceptional host.

Cons:

Quite a long drive up a rough road - but ok to do in a 4x4. The pool is small and intimate which is not so appealing if you don’t know the other guests.

Pros:

I highly recommend this property. The views are amazing. Close enough to town for beach and restaurants, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. If you do not have 4x4 vehicle you may not like the drive up the mountain. Nathan was a pleasure to meet and he shared great information about this area of Costa Rica. Wifi was not always available but I guess that goes with the territory. Absolutely nothing bad about this property.

Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause!
Pros:

Alles war perfekt: Wunderschön gelegen, sehr ruhig und mit Aussicht auf zwei Buchten, sehr nette Vermieter, lockeres familiäres Ambiente, gute abwechslungsreiche Küche. Wir fühlten und dort sehr willkommen und gleichzeitig sehr frei! Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, auch der Pool.

A Beautiful Location
Pros:

A beautiful view with very clean facilities, including very good air conditioning. Nathan and his Family, who own the property, do everything in their power to insure that all guests have everything they need, and make available a great breakfast or great dinner at a reasonable price. There is a nice pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Cons:

This property is well worth the challenge of a gravel road for approximately 20 minutes, but it is not a good idea to drive it in a car without All Wheel Drive or Four Wheel Drive that has an adequate bottom clearance. If you are looking for night life and restaurants which are walking distance, this property is not for you. That doesn’t mean that you can’t drive the 20 minutes to have those things plus the beaches.

There is nothing we missed! Just a perfect spot, with a great host!!!
Pros:

The stay was fantastic! Everything was just perfect. Even though getting there is a bit of an adventure the first time, it's definitely worth it! The view is incredible. Nathan and his family are fantastic hosts, the breakfast is delicious, and the apartments are very well maintained! We love it and will definitely visit you again one day!
