Requested a ground floor room - found that rooms start on second floor and I was placed on the third floor.
Lockers not big enough to fit medium sized suitcase, had to leave suitcase behind curtain and hope it wasn’t stolen.

Stairs and inconvenience with out an elevator

The location, the accessibility of everything.

Cons:

Climbing up the stairs. If you live in the 4th level - and you need to get something in your luggage then it's very difficult you have to go up and down.

Pros:

The double rooms were an ok size and the lockers were a good size to fit bags in. Location was great, right on Arab street and public transport easy too. Easy check in and checkout process.
