Pros:

This was our return visit and we were really looking forward to it. What we found exceptionally nice was the 'Welcome back' we received from the staff. Thanks again, it meant a lot to us. Special thanks to the young lady barista in the reception area coffee bar who served us with some excellent coffees and croissants.

Pros:

Sometimes when you are travelling you need a proper hotel. And this was a proper hotel. Proper reception, lifts, proper size room with facilities, excellent shower in big bathroom where everything worked properly, good restaurant and very good breakfast. And parking. The place is also less than 15mins walk to the Fast Ferry Terminal for Zanzibar.

Unfortunately, both the bidet spray and the shower head had a strong unpleasant odor when we used them. We also found hair in the bathtub drain, which gave the impression that it had not been cleaned properly.
