Személyzet nagyon készséges volt. Reggeli változatos. Szép, tiszta szobák voltak.

Cons:

Sajnos nincs légkondi, napközben melegek a szobák nagyon. (A klíma nem is szerepelt a leírásban, csak érdemes figyelembe venni)

Overall excellent experience.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The tub/shower in our room was difficult to use as the hand shower sprayed all over and got the whole room wet.

Preis-Leistung nicht zufriedenstellend
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, der See ist zu Fuß erreichbar und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge.

Das Essen war gut, allerdings fehlte
bei Halbpension mit drei Gängen oft die Vielfalt, vor allem bei den Suppen.
Ab und an ein Salat als Vorspeise wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
Bei den Hauptspeisen konnte zwischen Fisch und Fleisch entschieden werden. Diese waren immer frisch und mit regionalen Produkten zubereitet.
Das Personal im Restaurant war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, was einiges wett gemacht hat.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Zimmer ist nicht angemessen, diese sind sehr klein und unkomfortabel, vor allem wenn man zu zweit anreist und das Wetter schlecht ist.

Es gibt wohl einen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool, sowie eine hauseigene Schokoladenmanufaktur. Informationen hierzu fehlen allerdings bzw. gibt es lediglich eine Preisliste.

Im Werbevideo und in der Beschreibung wird eine familiäre Atmosphäre dargestellt, aber davon war leider nichts zu spüren.

Für längere Aufenthalte ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Eher für zwei bis drei Nächte, als Startpunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Halbpension ist nicht notwendig, da man am Abend im Restaurant ebenfalls das HP-Menü oder a la carte bestellen kann oder in der Umgebung fußläufige Alternativen hat.

Location. Breakfast lovely if they serve salmon every day.

Cons:

Had three course dinner on first night but had to wait 50 mins between main and starter so ruined the experience. Never ate there again because of this and was told by waiter there was a rush of people but there was a maximum of 15 people over an hour.

Nagyon jó elhellykedésú szálloda, kedves személyzettel, de nem 4 csillagos minőségben.
Pros:

A tó a szállodától rövid sétával elérhető volt. A szobát kényelmesen, lifttel meg tudtuk közelíteni. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész.

Cons:

Az ágyunk minden mozdulatra nyikorgott. A vékony falak miatt a szomszéd beszélgetését nagyon lehetett hallani. A parkolóban vadászni kellett a szabad helyet. A szobából nekünk hiányzott a vízforralóval készíthető kávé. A folyosón sötét volt, jobb lett volna mozgásérzékelős világítás.
