Hotel room price is a bit over rated. The driver accommodation is not humane
Pros:

The welcome by the staff at the front desk was warm. The room size was decently big, bath/restroom was neat, water supply including hot water was available, the linen and bed were neat & tidy,

Cons:

Room service timings were limited. Somehow the reception/front desk area were dull looking and did not compliment the warm welcome of the front desk staff. The facilities for customer accompanying drivers was well below average both for the rest area and rest/bathroom - means additional expense. For customers to accord humanely treatment for drivers. Choice in breakfast is limited, provided items in Breakfast were good.

Pros:

Stinky hotel. Dove poop smell every everywhere. No hot water, intercom didn't work. There are other hotels that provides better value for money

Comfortable room with all amenities.
Pros:

We didn’t have the breakfast hence can’t comment. Dinner options were very limited for vegetarians. Hence we didn’t have dinner either.But we liked the room that was big and comfortable. The pillows were big and soft too.

Cons:

We had booked a double room with a queen bed but we got a room with two single beds. The washroom could’ve been cleaner - there were strands of hair in the filter in the bathroom, the towels were greyish in colour and there was no shower curtain, resulting in the water splashing outside the bath area. Dinner options were limited.

Good for a very short stay
Pros:

Rooms were big. Cleanliness was ok ok. Toiletries were stocked.

Cons:

Wifi was horrible. Dusty parking in the basement. Cockroach issues. Bed not so comfy.

Staffs, Room size, and the restaurant.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was not working. The staff there were trying to fix it but couldn’t succeed. The Electronic Safe was not in working condition. Even the main door secondary latch was not available. Too much to be improved.

Breakfast is good and it is a centre place in town. Easily accessible to bus stand, railway and auto

Cons:

They are conservative in electricity. Switched off lobby lights and heater.
