Single beds hostel with a good breakfast
Pros:

Hinsley Hall is a quirky place, single beds mostly, and institutional feel, a bit like a hostel.
It is clean, functional, well priced and has a good breakfast

Cons:

You have to be aware of what you are getting. It was a bit strange first time.

Pros:

prachtige plek. Heel erg rustig. lekker bed. Vriendelijke staf. Erg goed ontbijt bij de prijs inbegrepen. Een ruimte met kranten en een koffiemachine. Heerlijk

Cons:

Er is geen schuurtje of iets dergelijks om je fiets in te zetten. Die staat gewoon buiten. Met dure fietsen is dat tich jammer.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

The building is in nice grounds and the room was comfortable. The kitchenette down the corridor was good allowing for us to make teas and coffees at will. There was a Wetherspoons opposite which was handy for dinner.

Cons:

We were little taken aback when we realised the hotel is actually owned by a Catholic diocese. Personally we found the large religious pictures of saints and popes a little off putting..
And our room bins had not been emptied.

It was awesome coming back to Hinsley Hall, as expected the stay was epic. Room was clean, fresh towels, kitchenette always equipped with tea and coffee. Breakfast was amazing, vegetarian friendly as well. Fully admired the architecture of this gorgeous place, as well as St. Michael's church nearby and central Leeds. So beautiful! Highly recommended!

I felt like I was in a posh countryside house
Pros:

Everything was great, breakfast, the room, the gardens absolutely great.

Cons:

Nit-picking but in the kitchenette, somebody does need to wash the mugs for the tea and coffee machine, bit dirty... but maybe I was just there at the wrong moment.
