Beautiful historic building set in peaceful grounds. Simple rooms but just right for an overnight stay. Free tea and coffee in the lounge.

It’s outwardly impressive
Inside it is still very obviously a residential care home. Needs a complete overhaul!

Everything was great: excellent, clean and silent room, friendly and available staff, good breakfast, amazing garden.
It is not in the center of Leeds but there are several bus in front of the structure that takes you in the city in 15 minutes, even at night.
An impressive building in a beautiful setting, helpful staff and good food.

The property is in a great location for easy access to central Leeds and provides value for money for its location. The grounds are well kept, staff are friendly, and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
If you're looking for a budget friendly place to rest your head, its perfect.
The property looks a little tired and is basic and the price reflects this. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and these, plus ironing facilities, have to be accessed in the guest kitchen.
Breakfast was excellent. Many options, great value.

Very basic but exceptionally clean especially the linen and bathroom, in lovely historic building and grounds

All in all good value budget hotel would stay again if in the area in the future
Room. 21 looked out onto a roof could have done with a better view
