Pros:

Location was perfect. The bar / restaurant area was fantastic with views of the ocean. Rooms were decent

Cons:

The breakfast was an absolute joke. Something you expect at a 1 star hotel. Yes it’s advertised as continental but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be fresh and decent. The croissants were dry, the bagels were stale, there were limited supplies, the packaged cereals were awful, there was no spread or hot water for the instant oats, the coffee was weak. To add to the misery on one of the days we missed breakfast because the staff had not refilled / or set up breakfast

Pros:

Beautiful setting and comfortable beds. Surfer Girl had a great vibe and delicious food. It was a perfect location and we could walk/bike everywhere. The staff was very kind and helpful!

Cons:

Housekeeping wasn't very thorough and had to ask a few times for them to come. Beach amenities were scarce, but grateful for anything they could give us. Breakfast was just ok..no fresh fruit, and the coffee wasn't hot. However, the coffee in the room was great!

Cons:

Run down rooms. Inconsistent room cleaning. My room wasn’t cleaned everyday and overall was just dirty and beat up for the price I was charged. Some staff friendly and professional, others not so much. Just all around not very consistent on a day by day basis.

Not Worth Your Buck, Save Yourself the $400/ Day by Going Somewhere Else
Pros:

The property was at a great location, very nice views. The restaurant was amazing , although the food was not. The rooms were not entirely updated but they were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

By far the worst customer service. I seen other reviews and brushed them off but 100% the worst customer service. Beware they try to scam you at check in with charging a resort fee when it is already included. Not to mention the $45/ day valet. Would never stay here again solely for the customer service.

Relax just what we needed 😌
Pros:

The staff was amazing, front desk was very friendly, hospitable and very helpful, also the valet guys are amazing and friendly. I definitely recommend this place if you want a great experience without any hassle.thank you guys.

Pros:

Direkt am Strand, Bezahlbare Parkmöglichkeiten, Gratis Fahrrad und Strandequipmentverleih

Cons:

Man hört sehr viel vom Strandleben(Reinigungsfahrzeuge, Beachvolleyball-Mannschaften).Wir hatten am ersten Abend leider ein Strandkonzert direkt vor der Tür, wären wir jünger wäre es cool, aber wir wollten nach langer Reise einfach nur schlafen. Wir haben dann mit der Rezeption gesprochen, diese versprach uns eine Lösung, welche leider nicht kam. Wir hatten dann auf unsere Kosten für die eine Nacht ein anderes Hotel (Shade Redondo Beach) gebucht

Beautiful area, but could use a little more upkeep with regard to maintenance of the rooms and hotel

For the price that was paid for three nights, I think it would have been nice if a daily breakfast was included - like they do at the BeachHouse Hermosa. It was quiet for the most part there at night.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room smelled very mildew- like. I immediately turned it off upon arriving. Luckily one of three windows could open most of the way, and I bought a table fan to run continuously. That helped the air smell in there a lot. The two throw rugs in the room both should be discarded, as they were both filthy and smelly.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova a 50 metri dal mare con una piazzetta alle sue spalle molto carina. c'è anche un molo molto carino che ti porta in mezzo al mare.

Cons:

L'hotel potrebbe sicuramente fare molto meglio. Siamo arrivati e siamo stati accolti dal ristoratore che non sapeva come fare il check in. Ci voleva far anche pagare il soggiorno nonostante fosse già pagato anticipatamente tramite booking. Inoltre voleva farci pagare forzatamente anche il car vallet nonostante il parcheggio fuori fosse libero ed economico. La stanza piccola e non adatta assolutamente ai 6 posti dichiarati. La colazione alle 9 del mattino non era presente e solo dopo nostra richiesta è stata adeguata con prodotti da self bar.... che dire, non so le altre recensioni quanto siano attinenti o meno... magari siamo stati noi sfortunati ma vi assicuro che viaggiamo molto e tutto l'anno adeguandoci alle usanze e abitudini locali. Saluti

Great location if you want to be on the strand in Hermosa. Very lovely staff that was extremely helpful.

Overall, a nice place with an awesome location walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Cons:

Charging $45 a night for Valet was a bit extreme, breakfast was no more than a few snacks, $30 resort fee, and bagels were promised, but not delivered. This is not a resort; it's a motel.
