Disappointing.
Cons:

I left a water thermos in the room. On the way home , the day of checkout i called the hotel to tell them of my lost water thermos and asking g if they would mail it to me at my cost. They agreed and asked if they. Would charge my credit card I paid the bill with. After three days I called back to check in the mailing and was told they had no record of my call. Co.e on.

It met our needs
Pros:

1) room quite and warm 2)staff answered questions promptly 3)breakfast foods properly heated/cooled 4)the lady scheduled to clean room brought fresh towels and garbage bags as requested and was quick to respond :) 5)parking was close to door for disability 6)jewelry was reported missing and staff searched every where. It turned out husband placed items in awkward place and wasn't discovered until returning home. I really appreciate their patience in this and quick response.

Cons:

1) room not ready when requested early check in 2) toilet set broken injured husband 3) no instructions on operation of window blinds 4) Internet wouldn't connect to my KINDLE 5)food severing area doesn't have a ledge to place plates or trays when serving your own food and pancake machine didn't work

Pros:

Good location with large room

Cons:

Bed was hard. My wife and I were stuffed up all night, thinking there may have been animals in that room. Did not sleep well. Breakfast was pretty much health food, egg white veggie omelette, turkey sausage. My wife kind of enjoyed it, not my cup of tea
