Great hotel, no complaints!
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice and the breakfast options looked tasty!

Cons:

I have no complaints other than the final price was a couple dollars more than was quoted, booked, and supposedly paid on booking.com

Great customer service and pool!
Pros:

The customer service was terrific. Best service in Elko, I’ve stayed at almost all the hotels and this was the best. The pool is perfect for kids!

Cons:

It was a little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for and I would 100% do it again.

Great Stay!
Pros:

The lady at the Front desk was super nice and very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was supposed to start at 5am, I had to leave for a work presentation at 5:30 and Breakfast hadn't started, so that was a little disappointing. Was hoping to have a muffin and some juice before I had to leave.

Not happy that I got no clean towels or trash removed for all the tome I was here
Pros:

The rooms were kept clean on first arrival. Staff on day of stay were very nice

Cons:

Any day that someone could have emptied trash, brought clean towels would have been so appreciated. I spoke with the housekeeping supervisor yesterday and asked him if someone could take out trash and give clean towels and he told me to tell the front desk. My Dad is here in the hospital at St Marks and I have noy had time to ask if someone could straighten my room up at least once while I stayed here. I leave early and come back after 10pm each night.

The breakfast was delicious and handy and the location was perfect
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Alyssa checked us in and was so warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was wonderful and prompt.

Pros:

the breakfast is the best I've seen.

Cons:

I paid more for a suite because I thought it had a separate bedroom (I snore). However, when I found out it did not have a separate room I was unable to downsize to a regular room. I would have preferred to downsize and save a little money, which didn't happen.
