Very clean and comfortable. The shower is amazing. We stayed in Emory room. Would certainly recommend and book a room here again.

Big comfortable and quiet rooms. Convenient location. Rooms are clean and well equipped. AC works great.

I received a text on the morning of our arrival giving me directions and what I needed to check in. Got to the casita, used the key pad and was very pleased. Very comfortable and very nice room. Coffee and clean towels daily. Decor and furniture was impressive. Very quiet and centrally located in Terlingua.

Excellent stay. Great room, parking was great, room was gorgeous.

Room very clean and comfortable. Great shower. No live tv or ice availability. Next to major highway and within a RV park. Noisy. Didn't feel safe.

We love the location of the property for all the things we wanted to do in the area. We had Casita #1. It was like a full service "airbnb" minus the kitchen and stove. Lovely. Thank you.

The bedding was so bad. I couldn’t sleep at all the first night we were there. I got clean bedding the next am and changed sheets myself and found bugs and dirty sheets as I don’t think they were clean at all so gross. I was sick the next day and we ended up leaving 2 days early. It was a nightmare experience. I brought my own pillows as well and had to throw them away because they had absorbed that awful smell as well! So disappointing because it was such a cute place and we drove 7 hours to get there !

Owner communicates well! Have a great list of local restaurants. Room was exactly as pictured. Plenty of towels. Bed comfy also!

The room was clean and comfortable, fairly spacious. I've been there before and I'll likely be back! One quibble: I work nights a lot, and I'd like to have darker blinds so I can sleep during the day. If you keep normal hours, it's a fabulous place!

We originally planned to stay 2 nights and then rent a teepee, but we loved it so much that we booked an additional night.
Check in was easy and the property management was easy to reach. We had concerns with some noisy neighbors, but they handled it quickly.
The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious for two. The bathroom shower was the icing! It was tough having to conserve water with such a beautiful shower. Check out the pics!
We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

It was a great stay, very clean and we were provided all the information we needed. It was very close to the entrance to big bend. Erica was very helpful. And the room was really cute, and close to shops and restaurants.
