Hotel bien ubicado y agrsdable
Pros:

Es cómodo, bien ubicado y limpio. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tienen todo lo necesario. Lo que destaco es al personal de recepción, muy amables, colaborativos y eficientes. En resumen es muy recomendable para una estancia corta en Madrid.

No fallamos en la ubicación del hotel.

La atención del personal en recepción y la limpieza de la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación no contaba con un escritorio para trabajo.
El agua de la ducha siempre salía caliente y no tenia buena ventilación el baño.

Cons:

Very unpleasant stay. The room was dirty, with hairs everywhere especially in the bed. The AC didn’t work for heating, so it was cold. It felt unhygienic and not properly cleaned. I had to leave after one night and wasn’t refunded for the second night. Would not recommend.

Semplice e in ottima posizione
Pros:

Ottima posizione, centrale e accanto alla fermata della metro Anton Martin. Hotel semplice, ma pulito e comodo. Camera spaziosa e letti molto comodi.

Cons:

Da migliorare la pulizia giornaliera: non è stato cambiato l'asciugamano lasciato a terra e la doccia non è stata pulita.

Excellent value hotel in the heart of Madrid.
Pros:

It is in a greqt location with so much around but still very quiet. The room was clean and functional.

Cons:

The room had a weird bathroom door which we couldn’t open and close which was awkward as I was sharing with my teenage son.
