Pros:

员工服务热情，尤其是RONY（夜班职工）非常耐心地帮我预定音乐会的票。还有就是那位女士热情帮我联系出租车司机（用当地方言）而且亲自送我上车。让我感觉到员工非常亲切、好客。

Bonjour , alors que j avais une confirmation la veille du départ de booking au sujet de la réservation , l hôtel n a pas voulu nous héberger , nous sommes retrouvés à la rue avec un enfant de deux ans jusqu à minuit , finalement nous avons dormi dans le salon d un habitant de Madrid qui a eu pitié de nous , je compte porter plainte à la police pour escroquerie et mise en danger de nourrisson
