Estadia maravilhosa, super indico o hotel e voltaria mais vezes, com certeza.
Pros:

Hotel com ótimas instalações, camas muito confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho bem limpas, quarto limpo e organizado, banho maravilhoso e bons produtos de higiene (sabonete líquido, xampu e hidratante). O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas variedades, e muito organizado. Todos os funcionários (recepção e café da manhã) foram muito atenciosos, cordiais e educados.

Recepção.
Cheguei e o portão da garagem estava aberto, coloquei o carro na garagem e apertamos o interfone em uma porta de acesso, foi-me dito que eu deveria primeiro passar na recepção, quase não acreditei, eu estava a 10 passos do elevador, com reserva feita pelo booking e me fizeram subir uma rampa íngreme de uns 40 metros com 4 sacolas…..
Comentei com a atendente na recepção, foi a pior coisa que fiz, além de tudo achou normal o procedimento do hotel e olhe que tenho quase 70 anos e dificuldade em caminhar devido as placas que tenho em uma perna, lamentável que ainda existam estabelecimentos que procedam assim.
Era muito fácil perguntar meu nome, conferir minha reserva e liberar o acesso até a recepção.
Falta de tudo, principalmente empatia.
