O hotel é novo, confortável e tem um bom nível de atendimento. Quartos limpos, camas confortáveis e chuveiro com bom fluxo de água.

Cons:

O café da manhã já foi melhor em outras estadias passadas. Poderia ter uma maior variedade.

Recepção pouco receptiva

O quarto amplo e boa cama, e silêncio. Bom banheiro. A estrutura em si, nova e confortável. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa recepção por parte da recepção que se mostrou intransigente referente a algumas regras do Hotel, não nos acolhendo de forma devida. O hotel estava passando por uma situação atípica, como a hospedagem de um grupo de jogadores de futebol, o que nos deixou completamente desconfortáveis devido a multidão que cercava o hotel, e não tinha lugar para estacionar o carro. A recepcionista chegou a se exaltar de maneira extremamente indevida, esquecendo de ser flexível e tentar alternativas válidas. O Wifi não funcionava e o telefone para a recepção e sobre o wifi também nem tocava. Muito decepcionante.

Pros:

O hotel é uma excelente opção, ao lado da rodovia, confortável e silencioso. Há estacionamento e a região é bem segura.

Cons:

Não há opções sem glueten no café da manhã, fui informada que isso tem que ser solicitado com antecedencia. No check in recebemos somente um cartão, sendo que o mesmo é obrigatório para subir no elevador e gerar energia no apto, o que causou um pequeno inconveniente até solicitarmos o segundo cartao, isso já deveria ter sido entregue no check-in, considerando que eram duas pessoas.
