The room was not as expected, very small for 3 people even though the hotel said it would accommodate 4 people!
Pros:

The property was clean, but the suite was far too small for the 3 of us.

Cons:

The suite was not as expected, too small for 3 adults . The price has gone up so much since we stayed there in the last 2 years. We will not be returning.

We had a nice stay
Pros:

Clean and close to restaurants ,supermarkets,and etc. it was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Wasn’t a big area for us to walk dog on property but there was some near by. Didn’t think the staff was as friendly n happy very quiet but not terrible,but the other places they seemed happier n better customer service . Bagels were hard as a rock n no French toast or pancakes but I guess its budget cost.

Me sentí engañada y estafada. Yo hice una rwsevacion atraves dd booking pero sin hacer el pago y coloque los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito pero decía q el pago se haría al momento de hacer el check in y que no garantizaban la disponibilidad para el momento del check in. El dia que me corresponde hacer check in entro a la página de booking y me dice q no tengo ninguna reservacion por ende no me presente en el hotel porque me imagine que no había disponibilidad y me toco regresarme a otra ciudad de noche con mi bebe pequeño cansada ya que no tenía hotel. Mi sorpresa es que al dia siguiente veo que me cobraron el monto total en mi tarjeta de crédito la cantidad de $540 y llame a booking para hacer el reclamo y me dijeron que el hotel no devolvía el dinero porque hice una reservacion y no me presente cosa que me parece una estafa ya que previamente decía q no cobraría hasta q hiciera el check in y de paso en la aplicación de booking decía que no tenía reservacion. Así que estoy muy disgustada ni siquiera dieron opción de usar ese dinero para otro viaje o solo cobrar una penalidad. solo dijeron que no habia devolución del dinero. Así que no los recomiendo

Loved the tiki bar at the pool, wish it was open more than it was. Only once did I see it open.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Tucked away just off the main road, but close enough to stores, restaurants and activities. A small drive to the beach, but still perfect for us. Because of the location we may be back.

Cons:

Room was ok. There were 4 of us and they only left 3 towels, and never left coffee for the room. I originally had 2 rooms and cancelled one of them and they cancelled the wrong room so it was too small for 4 adults to be comfortable. Breakfast was terrible and not much to choose from. Eggs were hard, fruit was warm and never enough silverware out.

All in all it was good.little expensive for that kind of place but makes sense for the area
