Clean and Quiet, but Not Ideal for Four Guests
Pros:

What I liked most about Staybridge Suites was the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, and that the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room is advertised for four people, but it only had dishes and utensils for three. Also, the sofa bed is very small and is not really suitable for two people unless they are young children. I think this should be made clearer in the room description.

Decent hotel but could be so much better
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights Friday - Monday, the hotel itself is quite new and the rooms are decent, plenty of parking. Pool area is on the small side and the fitness room is all new and in good condition so another positive.
The guy who runs the pool bar on the weekend is a real asset to the place.
On the not so positive side the check in staff are quite miserable and none engaging.
Breakfast is a free for all, everyday they ran out of plates, cutlery and food and there isn’t physically enough seats. The poor woman on breakfast is on her own and cannot keep up, not her fault but a fault of the management for leaving her on her own.
Pool towels also consistently run out and are not replaced, they were still none out on Monday morning for people to use the towel box was still empty.
As I say a good hotel but could be sooooo much better if they showed some care.

Good deal
Pros:
