It was unpleasant and not memorable
Pros:

A few options in the buffet breakfast. Location was good and accessible but I could'nt get the shuttles from that location which were started by AfDB for their annual meeting to sofitel. The building and the rooms infrastructure is very old. Floor of the rooms and tiles of the washrooms were older and dirty. The Curtains in the room were old and dirty. The entrance of the hotel was not good. The sports courtyard was under construction. The way to the pool was through the laundry and working staff residence which was messy and wet. Their kitchen for lunch or dinner was not functional. They were keeping some readymade food in their fridge and was selling at a very higher prices.

Sehr freundliches Personal, angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung hat mich überzeugt. Simples, sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und heissem Wasser, Frühstück à la Carte ausreichend, Pool sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ich war mit allem zufrieden. Für den Preis bekommt man genügend

Pros:

Le seul point vraiment appréciable a été l’aide du gardien/porteur à l’arrivée, qui a porté mes bagages et s’est montré très aimable. Rien d’autre ne m’a réellement laissé une impression positive. A si, je n'y ai passe qu'une seule nuit.

Cons:

Séjour extrêmement décevant. Le logement ressemblait plus à un hôpital qu’à une résidence : ambiance froide, impersonnelle, et une odeur de renfermé très désagréable dans la chambre, comme si les lieux n’avaient pas été aérés depuis longtemps.
À l’intérieur, il y avait un micro-ondes, une bouilloire et un petit frigo, mais aucun moyen de les brancher : aucune rallonge, aucune prise accessible. Résultat, impossible d’utiliser quoi que ce soit.

L’ensemble manquait clairement de chaleur. Je n’ai pas compris le concept de cette résidence, et je n’ai tout simplement pas aimé mon séjour. Je ne recommande pas.

ça s'est bien passé, avons apprécié la proximité avec la cathédrale Saint Paul et le pont ADO.
Pros:

le petit déjeuner était passable
pour l'emplacement, nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel est presque caché, il faut être à l'étage supérieur(notre cas) pour avoir une meilleure vue, et aussi la réception qui est au 5ème niveau!

Cons:

la piscine qui est au niveau -2 et entouré d'autres bâtisses donc pas bien aérée. A la cuisine, il manquait le café "décaféiné"; tout le monde ne prend pas expresso ou café noir!

Pros:

Rapport qualité/prix très convenable. Très propre et les chambres sont bien spacieuses.

Cons:

L’hotel a opté pour la formule des buffets pour le petit déjeuner. Mais ce n’est pas assez consistant selon moi.

Pleasant stay. Room was comfortable.
Pros:

Staff were pleasant. Room was comfortable. Elevator was under renovation when we arrived. But, the bellboy was helpful in finding an alternate lift for us to use to get to the 5th floor. It was quickly resolved the next day.

Cons:

No fruit at breakfast. This is basic and should be provided.
