The Fern Residency good for business and Leisure .
Pros:

The room was clean , the air conditioning was fair . Toileteries etc were adequate . It was at best 3 stars . There is scope for improvement. Check in and check out was quick . Variations in Meals and quality needs attention and improvement where necessary. Found it to be too oily and cold at times .

Cons:

I was woken up for checkout 7:30 am ...I don't know why ....I never requested them for a wake up call . A person knocked my room door and asked me for check out . I Asked what is the official time and he said 12:00 hrs. He just left apologising profusely . But then i could never go back to sleep . Funny but not done as you expect privacy when you are exhausted the previous day. Also the bed sheets were too rough and lacked softness for comfort .

Good bedrooms
Pros:

Bedroom was good with a big comfortable bed. Roof top bar was nice to have and well run

Cons:

A huge amount of pigeons at roof top swimming pool that made you want to leave area.

Bardzo nie miła recepcja, pokój stary, stechly zapach, TV nie działał. Kazano nam zapłacić za pobrudzenie ręczników które wystarczyło wyprac. Ale po co jak glupi czlowiek z zachodu zapłaci. Hotel pośrodku niczego. Oprócz recepcji personel miły. Tyle z pozytywów.
