Pros:

Cons:

Breakfast food was ok but not great. On the first day, long wait for utensils, plates and food to be replenished.

Poor customer service
Pros:

Good price and comfortable room.

Cons:

Customer service the night I checked in was very poor. The woman on staff was not very polite or helpful. I had issues with my reservation at 1:30am in the morning and she basically said I needed to contact booking.com. She didn’t even have their contact information. I had to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes with my young son until a booking.com call center agent fixed my problem.

I will look for this chain first when booking future rooms. Excellent!
Pros:

The suite had an excellent layout. In a perfect word the room would have had two private sleeping areas, one common space.

Cons:

The elevator was FAR from the entrance. I wasn't a huge deal but could have been more convenient.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we had plenty of room.

Cons:

The room was clean but had a musty smell. Maybe the couches needed to be cleaned. Overall the room was comfortable and the beds, kitchenette, and bathroom were very clean.

Worth a return stay
Pros:

My husband and I travel often. We aren't snobs, but we appreciate quality accommodations, and we pay attention to the details. Our brief overnight at the Staybridge in Charlottesville inspires us to return to the area. Despite the higher than average occupancy, Ken (the very pleasant receptionist) took the time to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. We happily give this hotel 5 stars.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast hours were perfect. Check out hours were perfect. I'd stay here again for sure. I hope they keep this hotel is this condition.
