A quality option - convenient, clean quiet with lots of shopping options nearby.
Pros:

The whole experience was fantastic, starting with the exceptional service and welcome from Mr. Alston at the front desk. Having traveled to a different city the week before, we found this location to be especially clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator phone was going off the entire time I was there and another guest informed me it was going off for 3 days prior. On the 4th floor there was garbage in the corner of the elevator lobby and the pile got bigger every day. The call button for the elevator was falling off the wall.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was average.

Cons:

I was there for over a week and could not do laundry because all the machines were broken and were not going to be fixed/replaced until April.

Amazing!!!
Pros:

Loved everything! Location was great for the airport. Breakfast had a lot of options, including fresh fruit. The shower was adjustable for whatever pressure you wanted. The room was huge and insanely comfortable. Couldn't hear any of the other guests from inside the room. The staff was very kind and discreet when I needed feminine products unexpectedly. The staff took time to talk to me amd treated me well.

Cons:

The room had a beeping in the kitchen. I thought it was the microwave so I unplugged it. When I checked out, I told the front desk about unplugging the microwave and they told me it was probably the dishwasher and how to make it stop. I didn't hear it when I shut the connecting door so I ignored it until checkout but I could have easily fixed it had I spoken up sooner.

Loved that the room was supplied with everything! Right down to the spoons and forks.

Cons:

Although we didn’t ask for our room to be cleaned daily, I did expect fresh towels and wash cloths to be brought. No one even told us when to set our trash out for pick up.

Pros:

Everything except for the handling of booking.com aww awful sorry that does not like correcting their wrongs in their greediness will be forever their downfall

Better than a 10 out of 10 for the price point
Pros:

This was an “11” out of “10” experience - in other words, excellent. Spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfast bar (relatively healthy, very fresh food made on site) with strong delicious coffee. As a coffee aficionado, this is important. Employees greet you with a smile and look you in the eye. 1/2 mile from CHO airport.

The bed and shower were great. We had a handicap room which was great for my husband because of the bars in the shower. I had not even thought of requesting that before.
