Great hotel terrible third party site to go through if anything goes wrong

The bed and shower were great. We had a handicap room which was great for my husband because of the bars in the shower. I had not even thought of requesting that before.

I liked everything, but all other hotels I stay had free bottled water to give guests. Here I hat to pay 6 dollars for 2 small water.

Perfect airport hotel with great staff, amenities and rooms
Pros:

Super clean and modern with a spacious room that was well appointed. Very comfy bed with full kitchen and large coffee pot. I enjoyed the pool and the workout room had all you’d need for a quick full workout. Also appreciated the room darkening blinds. The staff were warm and friendly and my shuttle driver charming. Breakfast was decent with lots of options.

Cons:

At first I was unhappy because I booked this property for free shuttle and breakfast but my flight left too earlier for either. Lucky for me my flight was delayed so all worked out.

Nice amenities -solid location-excellent staff!
Pros:

Stayed here for UVA football game. Lovely rooms, ample parking excellent staff. Breakfast was good. Little far from campus but are has a lot of easily accessible amenities front desk staff were so helpful. Beds and linens were lovely and room was very well equipped
