El servicio fue inigualable, todo el personal fue muy amable, el lugar muy tranquilo y hermoso, la alberca excelente a temperatura ambiente, calientita… los alimentos bastante ricos y los precios accesibles

El hotel esta excelente, super limpio y comodo, tiene buen estacionamiento de autoservicio. El restaurante esta muy rico y las porciones son grandes, valen lo que cuestan. El servicio de Edgar, insuperable. Muy buena opción si no quieres salir, ya que el centro del pueblo esta a unos 15 min en taxi. Sin duda regresaria

Esta en un lugar super tranquilo, solo que para personas que quieran estar cerca del centro de Tepoztlán no es opción

La piscina, la cubren por la noche y la temperatura del agua es muy agradable
Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas para las dimensiones del complejo. El bar y restaurante son muy caros, además te cobran una fianza de 1000 pesos. Hay que usar vehículo para moverte, está lejos de la carretera y del pueblo.

Hv to say that staff was so very attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant.
However, when I asked for my upgrade, I was told that was not availability, even though the hotel occupancy was not even 50% of the total occupancy., so they dont wanted to upgrading my room.
My room first day no HOT WATER, next day 3 roaches, one in my bedroom and 2 in the shower, so disgusting. Mosquito net completely damage-broken.
Place is nice but I will not repeat for booking and staying there.

Relación calidad precio muy mala
El hotel es bonito, aunque el mantenimiento de las instalaciones se nota descuidado, desde los azulejos de la alberca, la cancha de tenis que está inservible, y algunas áreas de los jardines.
El personal fue cordial, pero parco, es decir, se limitaban a cumplir con su trabajo.
