Uniqueness of the hotel

Cons:

Indication of wornout property and facilities. Broken bathroom & balcony doors. Front desk/reception not responsive via phone. Check in process not smooth for a 5 star hotel, keys are not working when entering room. Housekeeping not thoroughly cleaning the bed. Hotel staffs not fully aware of the guests request and info, thus always double checking whether guest are allowed to charge services into the room. They provide a baby crib for a 12 year old child. Food quality very limited.

Pros:

The hotel was a true once in a lifetime experience. Just the location and scenery was amazing. The room was very comfortable, clean and unique. The balcony view, especially for the nighly light show was special. The breakfast was amazing, a huge selection of all sorts of foods. Nicely presented, fresh and tastey. I am very pleased we chose to stay here and highly recommend the hotel.

Не оправданные ожидания
Pros:

Отличный вид, карьер реально классный , мы были зимой поэтому немного блекло. Классное световое шоу на скалах, прекрасная русскоговорящая девушка Есения на ресепшн, все подсказала и все объяснила.

Cons:

1. Стоимость номера около 25.000р за сутки , сказали что бассейном можно пользоваться БЕСПЛАТНО, но при этом им можно пользоваться только в шапочках, нет шапочек - нет бассейна, а шапочки уже ПЛАТНЫЕ 😅 по 400р за штуку.
2. Световое шоу хорошо видно из номеров с балкона и оно начинается в 20.30 соответственно вы либо смотрите световое шоу и не ужинаете так как ресторан до 21.00 либо ужинаете в 19.00 и потом смотрите шоу , но остаетесь голодными на ночь 🌙
3. Я пришёл на завтрак и назвал номер комнаты , я совсем забыл что бронировал номер без завтрака , девушка в ресторане сказала ок, потом смотрела как я набрал еды и сел кушать, после чего подошла и сообщила мне о том что в мой номер завтрак не включён. Пришлось оплачивать ещё 2500 за завтрак. Зачем тогда говорила ОК ? Не понятно.

Вообщем ощущения неприятные очень. В этот отель больше не поеду. Не рекомендую. Посему это все ещё не очень удобно, я путешествовал с супругой и тремя детьми, и все эти доп расходы и мелочи всякие мне были несвоевременны.

Ну что сказать... отличный отель, просто нет ни одного пунктика, к чему можно придраться.
Бронируя этот отель , вы должны понимать, что он находится на отдалённом расстоянии от самого Шанхая, и будет сложность поесть и что-то купить, поэтому такси вам в помощь.

Floors were not heated during winter. Super cold. Not all rooms get equal view of the quarry. So book wisely n hope you get a good view.
