Ruinierte Urlaubsüberraschung und respektloser Service - Weit unter 5-Sterne- Niveau
Pros:

Die Umgebung und die Natur rund um das Hotel sind absolut bewundernswert und beeindruckend. Zudem waren einige Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und haben uns unkompliziert bei unseren Taobao-Bestellungen geholfen. Ein großes Plus war auch, dass die Getränke und Teebeutel im Zimmer immer zuverlässig aufgefüllt wurden. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Putzfrau Ma Dongyan – sie ist die liebste Mitarbeiterin des gesamten Hauses, leistet hervorragende Arbeit und sollte für ihren unermüdlichen Einsatz definitiv eine Beförderung erhalten! Auch die optische Sauberkeit der Zimmer war bei der Ankunft in Ordnung.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist meilenweit von einem 5-Sterne-Standard entfernt. Der Aufenthalt war als besondere Überraschung für meine Frau geplant. Im Vorfeld wurde explizit mit dem Hotel vereinbart, dass zur Begrüßung ein Schokokuchen und Blumen bereitgestellt werden. Diese Vereinbarung wurde komplett ignoriert. Erst nach zweitägiger, wiederholter Nachfrage wurde uns lieblos ein winziger, minderwertiger Tiefkühlkuchen vorgesetzt. Die geplante Überraschung wurde dadurch völlig ruiniert.Darüber hinaus ist der Service eine absolute Frechheit. Das Rezeptionsteam ist extrem unorganisiert und spricht – bis auf den Manager – kein Englisch. Der Manager selbst ignoriert internationale Kunden. Das Schlimmste: Meine Frau und ich wurden vom Manager und einer Angestellten ohne jeden Grund wiederholt ausgelacht, wenn wir vorbeigingen. Ein derart respektloses und unprofessionelles Verhalten ist uns noch nie untergekommen.

Der Pool entspricht überhaupt nicht den Werbefotos und ist unsauber („abgeranzt“). Die Sport- und Freizeitausstattung ist mangelhaft. Auf die Bitte nach einer Taucherbrille für meine Frau erhielten wir eine beschädigte, viel zu kleine Kindertaucherbrille. Auch nach Reklamation wurde das Problem nicht behoben.

Das Buffet bewegt sich auf einem durchschnittlichen 4-Sterne-Niveau und wird dem Anspruch nicht gerecht.

Ein verbindlich und rechtzeitig im Voraus bestellter Flughafentransfer wurde vom Hotel einfach nicht bereitgestellt. Dies führte bei unserer Abreise zu erheblichen Verzögerungen, da wir den Transport unter Zeitdruck selbst organisieren mussten.

Bestelltes Essen wurde schlichtweg überhaupt nicht auf das Zimmer gebracht. Als wir separat nach Besteck verlangten, dauerte die Lieferung so unerträglich lange, dass das Essen in der Zwischenzeit komplett kalt und ungenießbar wurde. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist das ein absolut inakzeptabler Service.

Cons:

В отеле нечего делать, от слова совсем. Завтраки ранние, ужин заканчивается в 21 и все… делать там нечего, от слова совсем. Бассейн- лягушатник, полный детей. Для взрослых там нечего делать, кроме СПА, которое стоит сумасшедших денег. Очень далеко от всех локаций.

Pros:

This is one of the most unique and beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and spending time here was a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, and there are great parks and entertainment areas for children, making it an excellent destination for families. The rooms were spotless, housekeeping was excellent, and the room was cleaned regularly. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is located quite far from downtown Shanghai, but that was exactly what we were looking for. We chose it for its beautiful natural surroundings and enjoyed three wonderful days away from the busy city. We would definitely love to come back.

Cons:

The breakfast was the weakest part of our stay and, unfortunately, the least enjoyable among all the hotels we visited in Shanghai. It is designed almost exclusively for Asian guests, with virtually no European breakfast options available. Considering that this unique hotel welcomes many international visitors, we believe the management should consider offering a wider selection of European and international dishes to better accommodate guests from around the world.

To be fair, the hotel is new.

However, the service and the way the staff dealt with us were extremely poor.

My reservation was for two King Rooms on a high floor, from 15/07/2026 to 19/07/2026.

The incident started as soon as we arrived at the hotel. A front desk employee named Bruce tried to sell me a dinner package, and together with the dinner he offered to upgrade our room for RMB 2,000 for all four nights.

When I refused the offer, he persuaded me by saying that he would give me a special discount: I would pay RMB 2,000 for only one night, and he would upgrade my room for the remaining nights.

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Since the hotel did not have any room that could accommodate four guests, I booked two rooms.

On 27/06/2026, I sent a message to the hotel requesting that the two rooms be located next to each other, and they replied confirming that they would arrange this.

However, after agreeing to the room upgrade, I was informed that there were no adjacent rooms available.

Please note that I had already paid the additional RMB 2,000 for the dinner package.

When I complained, I was told that one of the benefits of the room upgrade was being on the 13th floor, in the middle section of the building, where the light show could be viewed more clearly.

Instead, I was surprised to find that the two upgraded rooms were located at the far corner of the floor, with no clear view at all.

When I went back to the front desk and spoke with the front office manager, her response was:

“What do you want us to do to make you satisfied?”

Is this really an appropriate response from a front office manager?

The only positive thing about this hotel is that I requested to shorten my stay from four nights to two nights, and they approved my request.

Больше сказать мне нечего расположен очень далеко от города при бронировании через Букин и полной оплаты, у меня запросили ещё деньги полную оплату и сказали, что типа через Букин вернётся, вот уже третий день показ Букина денег нет находится очень. И за 3 чел заплатила наличкой 2550. Хорошо сто хоть была такая сумма Далеко от центра в Шанхая, такси вызвать невозможно, чтобы уехать оттуда. Вход в ресторан именно платный стоит порядка 800 юаней человека, этот комплексный обед
на 2 часа запускают в отдельную комнату, чтобы посмотреть на 3 рыбки, вообще не стоит ни своих денег, ни потраченного времени.2 звезды.

Once is enough for the quarry experience.
Pros:

A wow sight of the quarry and big rooms but besides that nothing else

Cons:

Food was ex. Hotel was stinky and poorly managed. Location was out of nowhere. INCITY mall (15-20mins drive) was the closest to get amenities.
