很不错很特色的休息酒店，有机会下次再体验
Pros:

很有特色的酒店，餐饮做得很好，比很多五星酒店的自助餐好吃，服务人员态度亲切，走廊遇到还会主动问好，很棒！

Cons:

升级了行政房，但感觉跟网上最基础的房型照片一样，有些许困惑。也许网站图片可以更新更及时些。

Pros:

All hotel staff is so great! Especially room service staff Ms Alma Cui. She is so great and helpful! Breakfast is good. There are so many choices and the taste is delicious! Room is clean and comfortable! It is so good for vocation! My husband and I have great time there!

Great unique experience seeing the show, but only for 1-2 nights as hotel in middle of nowhere and spa/pool/club
Pros:

Really phenomenal drone, light and laser show at night. Can be watched from the viewing deck or comfort of balcony. The club lounge could be very busy with no tables but the food was of a good quality and substantial though it ran out often and took a while to replenish. The club king room we booked had a lovely large bed, a big bath and a balcony to view the quarry and show. Good AC. Gym had good equipment but was a little hot.

Cons:

The hotel is pretty far from anywhere so I would recommend 1 or 2 nights only to watch the shows. The pool, sauna and steam room area was always cluttered with towels and staff were not very helpful. The steam room had to be turned on every time I went and it takes an hour or two to warm up.

The bottom floors where the restaurant and underground rooms are does smell of foist and was unpleasant. Our room on floor 12 did not smell however thankfully

Nice experience for 1 night stay
Pros:

Location within the quarry was so unusual and spectacular. The Laser show at night was worth the stay alone. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient

Cons:

Evening Buffet was ok. Some of the meats on offer were very tough and overcooked. Leisure facilities were very poor for such a spectacular hotel.

One of the most unique and beautiful stay! Bed was comfortable. Would be great if there were choices to the pillow! And

Cons:

Very far from city, but understand as its a “private area”

Not worth the price, poor interior, bad location.
Pros:

The hotel has an interesting architecture and is located inside a large hole in the rocks. Unfortunately that is the ONLY feature.

Cons:

The interior of the room was worn out, poorly designed and not made out of durable materials, overall cheap look and feel not what I would come to expect of Intercontinental.
The location is not very interesting, it's in the middle of nowhere and unless you visit TSMC, there is no point in going there.
