Pros:

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug.
The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs.
In the shower one of the tiles was loose, everytime you stepped on it, there was a small fountain out of the water that accumulated underneath it.
The advantages: the price is ok, next to the hotel there is a large shopping mall, a park, and the beach.
