Notre chambre donnait sur la route principale, les fenêtres sont mal isolées on entend tout le trafic des 6H du matin et ça dure toute la journée.
Le personnel de la réception n’est pas aimable. Notre taxi arrivait à 14H on ne pouvait pas faire un Check out plus tard, on a attendu à la réception, impossible de s’allonger alors que c’était vide .. le petit dej pas terrible, les prix sont élevés pour rien. Et si vous mangez à la piscine ils ont des taxes non justifiées

La piscine sur le toit, le buffet très varié, l'amabilité de tous les employers, les chambres très confortables.
La climatisation à 16° dans les chambres 🥶 et dès qu'on sortait de l'hôtel on passait à 28° --> autant dire qu'on est tombés malades.
La vue, soit disant sur les montagnes, alors qu'on voyait une maison et des poteaux électrique depuis le 3e étage.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel: rien à proximité, mis à part des magazins de meubles/bricolages; il fallait prendre sans cesse le taxi pour se déplacer.

— Если вы на мотоцикле, расположение скорее удобное: можно быстро доехать до района Равай, старого города и даже до Карона.
— Номер с видом на горы позволяет не слышать дорогу, хотя её и видно из окна.
— Удобная кровать, по сну в целом без критичных нареканий.
Это тот случай, когда отель совершенно не подходит для пляжного отдыха. В целом это логично — отель ориентирован на командировки, конференции, а не на туристов. Но я этого не учла и оцениваю его именно с точки зрения отдыха, а не работы.
Расположение отеля неудачное, если вы без мотоцикла: до всего далеко и добираться неудобно.
Номера сильно уставшие. Уборка оставляет желать лучшего: на халате было пятно, местами видны разводы пыли, общее ощущение неопрятности.
Окна в номерах не открываются, сушить вещи после пляжа негде, а для пляжного отдыха это серьёзный минус.
Персонал практически не участвует в процессе отдыха: мы видели его только при заселении и выселении.
Отдельный минус — зона завтраков. Персонал, отвечающий за завтраки, скорее портит впечатление: могли попросить подождать стол, а потом посадить других гостей, забыв про тебя, или просто пропадали, и их приходилось ждать. Завтраки скудные и невкусные, из хорошего — только омлеты, но это скорее база, чем что-то выдающееся.
На спа в отеле рассчитывать не стоит: цены сильно завышены, при этом рядом есть места, где можно сделать качественный массаж в 2–3 раза дешевле.
Хорошая слышимость: в соседнем номере кричал ребёнок, и это было слышно так, будто он кричит прямо у тебя в комнате.
