Perfect
Pros:

Security-very safe. Clean room customer service was 10/10 . The room was perfect the best was comfortable. They had hot water also and complimentary drinks

Overall is a great place to stay for a short trip in BKK.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, close to major malls like CentralWorld, Big C and Siam Paragon. All walkable! The area was lively, with lots of 7-Elevens, night markets, massage shops, and plenty of charming cafés nearby.

Cons:

The air conditioner in our room is leaking unfortunately

Loved it, will recommend to everyone
Pros:

Clean rooms, 24/7 hot water, fast service. Cheap laundry & dryer service.

Cons:

The area is a little noisy and if a guest upstairs is too loud you can hear it. But I think this applies to most hotels in Bangkok so it’s ok.

Excellent!
Pros:

Location was superb! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were very clean. I personally really liked their minimalistic design. The beds were comfortable and the room had a nice bright aesthetic.
At the end when we were leaving to goto the airport, a member of staff also dropped us with the shuttle service at the nearest station, really convenient.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say.

Great value for money. Rooms were cleaned daily. Convenient location.
Pros:

Location was very convenient. Steps away from everything that you need - 7/11, massage parlours, salons, shops and malls. Not too far away from BTS either and bonus the hotel provides buggies back and forth from the station. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Lots of construction noises throughout the entire day.
