Came to the hotel to find out in the middle of the night that I didn’t have a room
Pros:

The lobby looked very nice and clean.

Cons:

In their ad it has no check-in limit, so I booked a room in their hotel as my husband and I were arriving around 1 am with oir bus from Denpasar. I texted them three times with the message feature in the Booking app, which they didn’t answer. When we arrived at the hotel, the guys at reception told us that we disn’t have any reservation and the hotel was full. We begged him to at least stay at the lobby until we found a solution. We had to insist to be allowed to stay. The guy was not mean, but also had no disposition to help us. He said that Booking was a side app, and for that reason he didn’t see the reservation. After some more insisting, he said that the reason why I didn’t have a room was because I didn’t pay before midnight. But none of it made sense, because I added my credit card to the reservation, so they could have taken the money, and I texted them three times.
There we were, at 2 am with nowhere to go and no room in a city we didn’t know. Because it was very late, we couldn’t book another room, and he had no intention to help us. Not even looking for the train station schedule, so at least we stay there safe.
