Worst low-budget hotel
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Poor customer service. The room was not clean. The bedding had holes. No remote to the TV and AC. The towels were yellowing. The emergency tool was not plugged.

Hope they improve their facility in terms of cleanliness and fix all broken
Pros:

Has a good room facility, its clean and the staff are supportive of your need.

Cons:

No breakfast offered and the bathroom doesn't have any complementary soap or shampoo. The worst part is the shower is not working. The wifi is not that strong

More Improvement, Focus on Cleanliness
Pros:

Only the location and room air conditioning

Cons:

We’ve got a room with separated toilet and shower, both are so dirty. Even the bed sheets, not so sure if they are replacing them. Both beds were stained.

I still chose to stay due to location of it.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us.

Cons:

Shower portlets were partially working adjustment knob were only two dials - one hot and one cold, nothing in between like lukewarm to take a shower. If you were put on the North side wing facing the road/street, it's too loud!

Needs to Improve Cleanliness
Pros:

the location is great, it is close to restaurants, convenient store and public transport. Ventilation and lighting are good. Air-conditioning works properly.

Cons:

we’ve stayed for 3 days and they did not even bother to change bedsheets and blankets or have an initiative to clean the room at least. they asked for an additional 300 pesos per night for third person since the room was booked only for 2 persons, pillow is not included (you have to pay another 100 pesos on top of it).
